When I go to the drive thru I expect it to be quick. I got to be to work next door in 15, so I figured I could get a breakfast here. I pull up and there is no menu, so I have to search for one on my phone and so does everyone else. Then I sit at the speaker as 4 other cars go through the other side, completely ignoring me on my side. At this point its been over 15 minutes, I dont have time anymore I have to go. Thanks for the breakfast guys, ill be going somewhere else next time.

I was waiting on drive through line for couple minutes and no one greeted me or at least acknowledged I was waiting patiently.just because I said hello so they could of known I was waiting and the first thing came out of the guy mouth was be patient with tone .i don’t not want to be rude so wanted to order my food when you guys were not even busy .learn how to tell your clientele please hold in nicer way.Going inside the restaurant is faster to order ur food than drive through so ridiculous.

Lazy workers there. No one could take my order after 10minutes of waiting. So I pulled up and saw no one was even in line. Then I go to the first window no one was there. Then waited about 2 minutes then pulled up again to the first window and asked one of the employees if I can place my order I’ve been waiting over 10 minutes to place an order and she said they were all busy handing one persons order and that she can’t take my order at that window.

Can’t get an answer when you ask, I asked her if they have a buy one get one for a dollar special and she say ok, I asked it’s that ok yes or ok no. I get up there to pay and she says next window, I asked for a receipt and she says next window with a mean face. and the menus have been broken for at least a month that I know of, I normally try to avoid this one, but the other one on cover doesn’t toast properly and it tasted bad.

We walk in and there is trash all over the floor, all the tables are dirty, there were very few customers in the dining area and no one in line. We go to order our food from someone that has the personality of a dead fish. We waited about 10 minutes for 5 cheeseburgers and a large fry. Ok…whatever right? We go to sit at a table and cant find a clean.one, so we cleaned the table off, threw the last 20 peoples trash away and cleaned some kind of purple juice out of the high chair with napkins that were found on another table because they “were out” of napkins in the dispenser to make room to sit and eat.

Fries: Grease dripping off and saltier than my ex-wife after she found out I had another baby.
The manager did show her face at one point, I’m pretty sure she tried to do something constructive but I couldn’t tell because of the other employees discussing very loudly their drama at the register.
I took pictures…of the restaurant…..not my ex-wife. It was a horrible experience even by McDonalds standards. Go to Wendy’s, Burger King, Chic-Fil-A….anywhere at all but don’t come here and expect to leave happy.

I really want to know why McDonalds corporate has no issue with this franchisee having non-functioning drive thru menus for the past 3 years. Just roll up and guess what they have? Like I sit there and memorize the menus?

I ordered 3 meals on DoorDash. Only 2 showed up but on the receipt it had all 3 listed. I tried to call several times and it rang nonstop with no answer. I will never go to this location again!

McDonald’s at Wedgewood Commons Edward is the area manager on US1 just south of Indian Street updated in the last 6 months and offering some of the following amenities upgraded new dining room computer bar with eight stools and power connections 4 digital kiosks for ordering and paying bike rack Outdoors Drive-In service handicap parking and generous parking offered carry-out service is an option ubereats program is offered and free Wi-Fi is provided this is an upscale McDonald’s in my opinion and worth a visit whether a party of one or 10 as a kid my mom took me to a McDonald’s and the hamburgers were $0.15 and since it was my birthday the crew came to the window of this original walk up McDonald’s and sang a birthday song that was many years ago and as good as that was the quality and variety of services offered is much Superior today give it a try . You won’t be disappointed and you will be happy I have Ron’s word on it thank you rich

Kids’ s happy meals , it shows pet stimulator was the toy . Kids usually ask mcd is for toy . They gave some kind crap toy. And I show them on their website we are you must need to give these toys. They also don’t have any idea .
