I have worked near this McDonald’s. For a year now and every time I go over there I’m waiting 10 minutes for them to make stale fries
And they never fill the carton
They never have ice-cream either but thats on purpose.
One night I went and the guy told me they’re only selling drinks? Just close the damn store at that point.
Go to Wendy’s instead, dont waste your time or money.

3am. Dec. 9th. Says 24 hrs dining room on the locked door, oblivious employee sitting at a table playing on her phone wearing a drive-thru headset, just nods her head “no” when I knock and point at the posted hours. Whatever the reason, MAYBE Just change the posted dining room hours so people don’t walk over from the Tesla chargers or the Marriott hotel across the street.

Whatever manager is working here right now is rude , disrespectful and does not know her shit. She held up her line during a busy time bc she refused to give me ranch. She kept trying to charge me.
I’d love to say her name but she would not give it to me. Said “I am not giving you sauce”

I had to park my vehicle , place an online order for RANCH just to get a ticket so they had to give it to me for FREE bc there is NO CHARGE.
Absolutely pathetic and waste of my time, her time and everybody else trying to get lunch.

I come here all the time. It’s always a pleasure to be served by my favorite employee there, Axel. He somehow manages to brighten my mood by saying something nice. It looks like he just likes working there or something. He goes out of his way to make everything right when I have the slightest issue with my order. The other kids here are nice too. Just a good weekly experience for me.

Went here a few months ago, went inside to order as I needed to use the bathroom not only was the bathroom disgustingly dirty. The entire restaurant was there was garbage on every single table and all over the floor even into the kitchen. There was nobody at the counter, even after calling for them many times, but they couldn’t hear me because they were too busy in the back, screaming obscenities. Just happened to stop by the same McDonald’s while traveling about two months ago Sat at the microphone in the drive-through, waiting to place my order for a good five minutes until I finally pulled Up to the first window because I was getting no response When I pulled up the person, taking the orders was nodding off and clearly completely drugged out to the point where one of her coworkers finally came and removed her and took my order. Today I just so happen to be in the area And my girlfriend decided to order Uber eats. I swear this food was cooked a week ago and reheated in the microwave before it was delivered, and it was definitely no fault of the delivery driver. He was here quickly and to the Restaurant quickly.

Not only were they “Out Of Stock” of EVERY single drink, including water, an older lady EMPLOYEE was taking her break in the dining area, LOUDLY listening to videos on her phone, videos of people yelling, it was hard to have a peaceful experience. She was also staring down a female customer who was wearing a shorter skirt. It was so weird and we couldn’t wait to get the heck out of there.

This is the most depressing McDonalds I’ve ever been to. You walk in, the lights are really low, it’s deadly quiet as they don’t have any music playing. I understand that they moved to automation for pretty much everything, but they don’t even have a self serve drink station here, which goes against the automation idea they’re pushing so hard. If they want more people in McDonalds more often, make it feel less like a funeral home and make it feel like somewhere you actually want to take your kids and enjoy the time there.
