Please order a Gold Deluxe Special Edition Bacon and this is what they gave me…paying to only get a piece of chicken, no bacon, a couple of cucumbers, and no sauce. They should be more aware of their customers who consume here at this store.

This place has went downhill !!!! The service is slow incorrect orders long wait times no progress what so ever! I stay down the road for many years and used to enjoy coming here now nobody is happy everybody just there for a check and it shows. I remember a crew who used to work here and they always had the cars in and out and not a 35 minutes wait time! It used to be a hefty girl with a gap very tall who could do a million things at once and still have a smile on her face and interact with customers all while still working. I believe her name was liyah she used to only be on nights with the short manager Alexis years ago. Best duo ever! Bring them back because the night crew now is terrible!

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the unsanitary conditions I encountered during my recent visit to your location. Unfortunately, I found the seating areas to be covered in filth, which was highly disturbing. Even more alarming were the conditions in the bathrooms: there was blood on the toilet paper roll, and human feces were found next to it.
While I understand the location has recently undergone renovations, I believe these conditions are completely unacceptable and should have been addressed before reopening. In fact, I feel that the establishment should have been temporarily shut down until proper cleaning and sanitation procedures were carried out.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and immediate action is taken to ensure the health and safety of all customers and staff moving forward.

They somehow completely missed my curbside order but were happy to fulfill the order when I went in after waiting several minutes longer than it should have taken.
I tried the “secret menu” Steak breakfast biscuit. Only available on the mobile order, it includes a mechanically created “steak” with a vague hienz 57 sauce flavor on a biscuit with egg, cheese, and sautéed onions. Not terrible, but I will not order again.

Horrible service!! lady at front counter an old indian lady didn’t even bother doing her job. I gave her my order number and a name to pick up and didn’t even bother looking, said that she didn’t have that order. I showed her screenshots for proof and nothing not until someone finally gave her my bag of food and then she handed it to me. Didn’t even apologize . Rude won’t ever go back again if she’s there.

The atmosphere was the best thing about this store. The food quality was horrible. After asking for management several times in which they never came. My calls for quality was never answered. I thought they burned my daughter nuggets. So I asked for another. After arguing for a few minutes. I received another just as bad as the first. Turns out they just had overused grease. That turned all the food dark. Stupid me.
