Honestly great fast food, and generally quick lines even when busy.
The down side is they tend to mistake ‘no drizzle’ for ‘no whipped topping’ when ordering the frappe on the app.
(That’s okay though, I don’t fault the workers. They have to deal with enough)

Poor customer service. On a busy day purchased three kids meals. None of them with toys in them. Nothing was mentioned. Had to turn around. Wait for parking after I finally get out one of the employees said that that McDonald’s did not have toys. No way to get a contact of McDonald’s. Burger King would never.

No baby changing table, so I had to change my 6 months old diaper in the car.There is no menu to look at when ordering . Employees don’t acknowledge customers waiting to place orders, I was waiting for 6 minutes, and I had to ask if someone was going to take my order, and instead of apologizing, the young lady rolled her eyes. It’s not a kids’ place it’s more like an office with rude employees . The manager was probably like 23 yrs old, who couldn’t care less of what I had to say as well. I ordered medium fries and didn’t even fill it. I had to ask them to put more fries because I paid for medium fries, not small. They think its coming out of their paycheck if they fill it.

One of the worst around. Customer service is beyond horrible. Drive-thru wait times are shameful and shouldn’t be over 30 minutes. Food is always hit or miss if you can get service. Pretty sad that a person has to drive away from this place numerous times because of either not served or served horribly. A majority of these employees need retraining or get rid of the useless ones who could care less. The one by the Lake is just as useless .

NEVER OPEN EARLY MORNING YET ITS A 24 HR MCDONALDS!! Anytime I come early morning I’m denied service and told “we’re not open at the moment” or “we have no food” “our system is down” This is a recurring problem do better or stop advertising 24 hr service !!
