Ordered a large iced mocha and received a regular coffee. It’s happened a few times here they don’t understand what a large iced mocha is even though it’s on the menu. It also takes forever to get your order here every time.

I love coming to this McDonald’s. The people who work here are excellent and so friendly. As a vegetarian, I often need modifications to my order, and they always accommodate me perfectly without any hassle. Highly recommend this location for great customer service.

They finally struck out on me that I had to put in my 2 cents for this. 3 times/incidents – the drive thru system was down, no notice on the app & they tell the customer to come inside, once inside the manager tells you to cancel the order on the app & reorder (was the official solution – which was stupid). On the app – the order is already paid & you can easily see what is being ordered – yet the managers insisted on having the order cancelled on the app & you have to go thru the kiosk. So here is my simple solution – how about I skip & not waste my time on this location…

This is beyond the worst experience I ever had with McDonalds. I waited for 30 minutes for my order. I got parked in spot 4 by the person in the second window. I watched them focus on drive thru and knocked out all the cars while I was still waiting for my order. I went inside upset and mad. I got asked what’s my order number I told the twice I don’t get a receipt and that they can reprint it that the total was $33.35. Before they printed the ticket out they tried to hand me HALF of my order. I explained that’s not all of it I’m still missing all of my items. When I got home I gave my family their food. For the manager, who gave me two large fries instead of medium fries as an upgrade an apology. You forgot one more fry and that makes me more angry. I know how fast food service works. I’m in fast food service and this is 100% very unacceptable. Free fries and free food won’t fix this. Everybody needs to learn how to communicate and know if any cars were parked. Because 15-30 minutes is highly unacceptable and isn’t allowed in food service. Also train them on how to answer the phone

I have been a local of the area for a while, and purposely go out of my way to avoid this location. The food has gotten me sick two different times, the most recent being two weeks ago when I had ordered two double burgers. I instantly felt food poisoned, and threw up my meal an hour later after eating it. My entire party of people I was with at the time too, had gotten ill from the food.
To top it all off, these people had me sitting in line for 30 minutes at 1am, showing no signs that they were closed, or any indicators that they weren’t doing service. Only for someone on the mic to just randomly tell me they’re closed? This is a 24 hour location, and you don’t put anything up at the front, or anywhere at all, and just have multiple different people wait in line to be disappointed?
Hard miss from me guys, sorry. Do not recommend.

Sat in drive through for 10 minutes. Actually shorter than the 20 minutes it normally takes. Ordered a simple Quarter Pounder with cheese meal. No changes at all. I got home and I received a double Quarter Pounder with one of the patties that was pink. No ketchup, mustard, onions or pickles. Just cheese, a bun and 2 patties- one almost raw. Disgusting. This place just absolutely sucks. Period. Stay away. This is the last time I go here. I’ll drive a little further to eat at Burger King.

I thought McDonald’s was “fast food”? Cause sitting in the drive through for no joke 20-25 is absolutely ridiculous and when you finally get to the speaker to order your food you get ignored! There are absolutely no cars left ahead of me paying or getting food so what’s the issue? And if there is one then explain that through the speaker don’t ignore your customers! You need a new night crew ASAP!

Dishonest workers
Don’t let the workers try and get one over on you by telling you something is broken or they dont have it and try to give you something else in its place even tho it’s half the price of what you already paid for. Then when you see right through them trying to rip you off and say something. All of a sudden the item they were going to give instead, they are all out of and just give your money back cause they were caught.

Terrible service. The worst in my entire life. This location needs to close or fire everyone and get it together. What a nightmare. Wait 45 minutes for the most basic order? Not even a one time thing. I live in the area and it happens constantly

Dining in was a pleasant experience. The server George was extremely friendly and attentive to the guests. He deserves a promotion by how he treats everyone inside the restaurant with respect and kindness.
