The quality of service was unsatisfactory, and it is worth noting that my order took an excessively long time to prepare; I waited for over 30 minutes while staff members were engaged in conversation and laughter in the back. Two specific employees, one wearing a COVID mask and the other with a ponytail and nose piercing, exhibited a lack of professionalism and courtesy. I did not take the time to obtain their names, as I believe this information should already be available to management.

Aiden at McDonald’s deserves a huge shout-out for his excellent customer service at the drive-thru window!
He was friendly, polite, and greeted me with a genuine smile. He repeated my order back clearly, made sure everything was correct, and even asked if I needed any extra sauces or condiments before I pulled away.
It’s small details like that that make the experience so much better. Aiden was professional, fast, and kind—McDonald’s is lucky to have him representing their team at the window!

2 days ago, I ordered a mcflurry from the McDonald’s app. I got here and they said they are out of ice cream and they can’t give me a refund, they then told me to get out of line… Today I got a McChicken and the bottom bread is covered in what looks and feels like plastic pieces.. they are not onions… Unbelievable.

Trash service. Go somewhere else and demote the manager . Confirmed my order and was asked to go to the second window. Had me wait 20 min before i had to ask for a manager only for him to point at a screen and tell me they cant give me my food, money back or any kind or resolve cause they cant confirm my order. Proceeds to get in a screaming match with me. I wonder why nothing was works. Priorities.

Every time I go to this McDonalds to pick up orders between 11pm – 6am, either no one comes to the window or I get the excuse that they just opened or that the system is down or that someone picked up the order. It seems like the people in there just want to not work. It’s happen to me more then a dozen times.

Absolutely horrendous service by this manager, I ask for my receipt several times because I wasn’t happy with my drive thru experience; they are constantly not serving drive through correctly and make every car park up and wait 10 mins an order; this is fast food service my food should be ready at window, exactly like it was in the 80’s 90’s and 2000’s ever since the pandemic fastfood is slowfood. I should n’t have to go inside to pick up my food in a timely manner, nor be denied my receipt by the manager.

The food is standard McDonald’s. The morning shift is almost always good and fast. However I have never gone thru their drive thru without having to pull up and wait. The most recent time was a 8 minute wait for 2 smoothies, 3 other cars were taken care of while I waited on 2 smoothies. . .

Okay extra onion no pickles, have a look at the picture and notice exactly the opposite. Way to go McDonald’s lol!! We ordered 3 hamburgers like this and all 3 were wrong. Also, even though it was busy the fries were old and cold which is sadly typical.
I can’t complain about the attitude of the workers, everyone was very nice and friendly I have no issues. However perhaps they should pay a little attention to what they’re doing. LoL
UPDATE…
We go to this McDonald’s once a week, every week very early morning at around 5:45 am. I always order the same thing, a steak bagel no egg extra onions. I used to order extra sauce but they charge for that and not one single time did they ever put any extra so I quit trying. Now they have never bothered to put the extra onion but they always get the “no egg” right and the bagel is always good so I don’t complain and the workers are very nice and I know they must be tired at that time of the morning. However this week the bagel was just sad! It was a burned hard dried up nasty little piece of meat that I guess once was steak lol. There once again was no extra onion and the ONE sad onion that was on there was so burned it was practically unrecognizable. I’m sorry but that Bagel is expensive, it’s over $7 for a McDonald’s sandwich which is sad but to pay all that money for sandwich that is not really edible is just not right. If any managers out there actually read these things I would love to be contacted about this. Once again the staff is lovely so I hate to complain to them but I don’t honestly know why they would serve this thing to any customer let alone one that they see every week and know by sight?
