Consistently, this place shorts me one item. I believe the reason for this is the window. Workers are so busy with conversations. They have nothing to do with their job or customer service vet.They forget to look at the screen before they load the bag. I consistently catch him doing this and they act like it’s no big deal. It’s legalized theft. On the off chance that I do not catch it at the window. When you call in from home telling them that they I forgot an item. They act like the customer is stealing from them.When it’s the other way around. I do enjoy mcdonald’s breakfast’s but i’m starting to consider other options as it’s costing me real dollars over time. I have asked for a member of corporate to call me over this and have never had a callback. Shame on you guys fur stealing and not looking out for your customers.

I went through drive thru mainly late at night also doordashing sometimes this place takes a minute but I seen one girl in particular sitting there short handed and doing everything back cash taking orders and handing them out the window thinks she’s exceptional at multitasking and should definitely get a raise or acknowledge for what she keeps on doing cause I’ve seen her do it more then one night and she’s doing with a smile the whole time her name was Abby I made sure to get her name and Abby’s doing her job and then some just wanted y’all to recognize a real worker 5⭐ for her service

Cooks did a great job with my quarter pounder but the oil for my fries was not changed; I asked for a new batch and of course it was met with attitude from the female staff upfront! The manager, checked her attitude almost immediately, but the white elderly lady continued with her attitude! She tossed my bag burned fries on the counter and said here you go! And that’s another problem within itself; my point is…..that oil needs to be changed everyday it’s not OK to serve poor quality food to paying customers! We already have to deal with the bad attitudes, the least they could do is prepare the food right!

Terrible customer service at this location. Girl taking the order for the drive thru seemed like we were a burden. At the pick up window we watched an employee making a frozen drink. When putting it in the cup he spilled a quarter of it on the counter and just filled the rest of the cup with whipped cream. Then we were told to pull forward. After 15 minutes and 5 other cars got their orders, we went in to see why it was taking so long. Employee said they “forgot” to bring us our food. It was just sitting on the counter getting cold. The fries were old and cold, the nuggets were cold, one of our wraps was super hard and inedible. There were onions on my mcchicken, thankfully I’m not allergic. Will not return to this mcdonald’s. I’d rather go to Wendy’s down the road.

I ordered a hot mocha through the drive-thru. They gave me a mocha frappe. I pointed out that I ordered a hot beverage and the the person at the at drive-thru window said no, you ordered a frappe, it says so right here, see. She then snarkily said I could get you the mocha instead. I asked what the price difference was between the two she said $0.50. I drove off not drinking the coffee right away because it’s always too hot. Got about 3 mi away, took a sip to find I had hot water with whipped cream. Yum. Went to the next McDonald’s and got the correct beverage for $1.30 less. So math seems to be an issue as well.

Mobil order, 15 min wait to get throgh drive thru and then pulled up for 20 minutes. Whats the point of doing a mobile order if there not going to start till you get there. Nuggets taste like the shortening was burnt. Out of mcribs and no drink carriers. The rest of the food was good.

Went through on my way back to DeLand. Drive thru was NOT busy, two cars in front of me had already placed their orders and had moved up to PU. I was the only one ordering. The girl had attitude that oused through the speaker. Don’t people know they are actually at work getting paid? I asked her to make it hot and ready, basically cook to order because almost every order I’ve been getting at any McDonald’s these days are having cold fries or stale nuggets that are rubbery and hard to chew. Got the the window and she shoved the bag at me forcing her restaurants stale nuggets on me and rushing me even though there was no one else in drive through. I asked if it was fresh and how and she shoved it in my hand and some babbling she said it was hot. I’ll give her a star for honestly because it wasn’t fresh. So I’m on my way home and fries were hot yesterday but tasted like they dropped old fries back down long enough to warm them up and make them really greasy. The standards of these corporations are going down seriously and they don’t seem to want to please the paying customer. If there’s ever a next time I’ll just ask for my money back. Because I don’t need to waste my money on shitty stale food that comes with an attitude. I called the store and maybe I should actually give them a star for answering since most businesses don’t answer the phones anymore or call back. I guess he was the manager so I explained what happened, and that I wasn’t satisfied. By the way my dog got my nuggets because that’s all they were fit for. Probably the health department should check how long they are leaving food up for. Anyways he offered if I come back tomorrow he’d replace my meal, this is after I explained I do not live in Leesburg and only go there on Mondays to drop my husband off at work and pick up on Friday’s, because I’m disabled and can’t go back and forth. So I asked if he could make a bit of it and allow me to on Friday. Lol he said he couldn’t do that. Really? But you can serve stale food wasting people’s money. Thanks a lot I’ll call corporate. Because apparently changes need to be made and I do believe they have higher stands than this. Thanks for reading. My suggestion if you order there and you can’t be guaranteed fresh food, then you should check EVERY ITEM YOU HAVE WHILE STILL AT THEIR DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW. DONT WORRY ABOUT SLOWING THE LINE DOWN IF THERE IS ONE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WORRIED ABOUT GIVING YOU FRESH QUALITY FOOD. YOU CANT TEUST THESE PEOPLE ANYMORE. I don’t know how they are training these days but it needs some checking on.
What I don’t understand as I read through other reviews also about stale food, bad attitudes, and twice dipped fries, is why does the McDonald’s owner reply and then apparently NEVER MAKE CHANGES. I’d be willing to bet the reply is for looks and what we really need to do is call corporate and the health department.

This has to be the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to.. 2 cars in the drive thru.. still takes 20+ minutes. I could understand if it was busy.. but dang this group of people has zero get up and go. They seem mostly asleep.

Made a mistake on going near lunch time as the Drive through line was extremely long. I do have to commend the McDonald’s team that day they were on point and had the line moving pretty fast. Only issue I have from my visit this time is my fries were cold and soggy.
