My son ordered a Happy Meal and received a girl’s toy (Disney Frozen). I politely asked the server if it was possible to exchange it for another one, since he is a boy and doesn’t play with girls’ things. She very disrespectfully said that she couldn’t check, that they are all the same. This was a great lack of sensitivity and respect for the customer. I will not return to this place!

My husband placed a mobile order for me to pickup on my way home from work. When I arrive at 10pm, there are green cones blocking the drive thru. Oh well. I go inside and tell the lady at the register my code. She can’t seem to find my order and goes back to ask. She finds the order (because it was under drive thru but the drive thru was blocked off) and tells me they will have it ready. I waited for at least 10 more minutes and she comes out and says that anyone who ordered a Quarter Pounder will need to wait since they are having issues with the grill. I had a quarter pounder in my order, so I patiently wait. Another 10 more minutes go by and they finally are able to get the grill working. About 5 more people who came in behind me got their food. Everyone had their food except for me. They opened the drive thru back up while I was waiting, but I decided to stay inside since I had told the lady I was here and didnt want to add to the confusion. After another 10 more minutes and I am the only one waiting, a guy comes out and says “Is anyone waiting for an order for Duncan J?”. Yes, thats me. He then told me they were still working on my order. Took another 3ish minutes. So frustrating. I think they just forgot about me. I understand the confusion since I had to come inside, but they still shouldn’t have forgotten about me. Worst experience ever

Order was accurate. Ordering was easy at drive thru. Burgers were warm, not hot. Caramel frappe is delicious. Lots of parking. Easy to enter/exit parking lot.

This location sucks and that’s a nice way of putting it. You always have to wait even in the drive thru they tell you to pull forward not just one car all cars. Then the order comes it’s cold or items are missing. I wish this location would get new management because obviously no one is managing it properly. Either that or shut down and put a new fast food place here.

Horrible service…second time I’ve been to this store and had issues. As a store manager who runs another McDonalds location this is very frustrating to see. Both times no one was at the register to assist customers who are waiting to order or need assistance and have to wait a long time to wave down a crew member for help. I ordered curbside with my friend, he ordered a shake, and I ordered a shake and a McChicken. After a while we got a notification saying our food was coming out and it was over 10 minutes later and we still didn’t have our food. We called in and they didn’t have my order anymore. A crew member brought out his shake with his order tag on it, and then brought out my McChicken and not my shake. I went in and waited a very long time to try and wave down a crew member. When one walked by I said “excuse me,” and when he asked me if I spoke Spanish, I said I do not. He then pointed at two crew members as if he was going to tell them I need help…but then went around the corner the opposite way…I then had to wait a bit longer until one of the managers came to assist. From an area around the corner in the lobby. When I finally got my shake and told them what happened and that it wasn’t appropriate. He apologized but said that the cast member was probably looking for them specifically, and then said that they’re busy when I told them that he pointed to other crew members…I should have asked for a store owners information to pass this information along because this is not the appropriate way things should have been handled, even in a busy environment. But I am on vacation, and do not want to deal with this any further. Just be cautious when going here.

Ordered a sweat tea on 10/19/2025 and it had either soap or some sort of cleaner mixed in it.
They essentially poisoned anyone who ordered the same today.
Beyond that, they also gave us water instead what should have been a Sprite and clearly old nuggets. I don’t know if it’s reckless negligence, a joke or low IQ with the employees at this location. Given the other reviews, place seems like it should be shut down.

It was my first time at this location and, honestly, probably the last. The service was simply terrible. They took too long to take my order, too long to prepare it, and showed a complete lack of interest. And the worst part: it was obvious how little they care about the delivery drivers picking up orders. It looked like no one there gives a damn.
I kept thinking: how can a place survive while treating customers like this? Customers are the reason any business exists. Customers are the ones who pay the bills, generate profit, and keep a company alive. And yet, the employees act as if they’re doing both customers and delivery drivers a favor.
Honestly, it’s shocking. How is this store still open? Maybe it’s just because the name “McDonald’s” is strong, because if it depended on the quality of the service, it would have closed a long time ago. To be considered bad, they would still have to improve a lot. To reach even the basic level of mediocre service, they still have a long way to go. It’s truly disappointing.

This location just cannot get themselves together! We have only gone to this location THREE times and every time has been a mess. They either get things wrong or the food is cold. This time we were in a rush and forgot to check the bag before arriving home. I’ll take the blame for that. However in what world is this a medium fry? I will attach photo. It was literally less than half full. More like 1/4. Also food is cold yet again. Now I see why the reviews are terrible here. It’s not hard for staff to FILL the containers in the way they are taught to when they are hired. It’s pure laziness in my opinion. Never again.

Visiting out of town. So I hit the 24hours McDonald’s with family. I had sit at the drive thru intercom over 5minutes with no acknowledgment. I drove to the window and made eye contact with more than 4 staff. None tried to assist. When I got to main window I explained I already sat at the intercom the amount of time. As well the issue with that occurred not getting any help. Manager said he couldn’t take my order because he doesn’t have a screen. And told me I would have to go back around for someone to do my order. I went back around for a 2nd time the same experience happened. No response. No one came to window. I went to the manager again he says the swim thing from before but no help. All he said was he has his headset off. No sorry nothing. I expressed I would be making a review because of the experience that occurred. Manager seemed unbothered. Still no help.

Had my dog with me ,Going to the drive-through. I asked if I could get a Small cup of whipped cream. After a cup of water was handed to me I clarified again I was asking for whipped cream. I was flat out told no . I was willing to pay for it. Not a good look.
