It took nearly 15 minutes to wait for a mediocre meal that was $8.48 (second cheapest meal available) at a place that’s SUPPOSED TO be fast food. Why do I keep doing this to myself? I might as well get a lunch special at a sit down restaurant.

I ordered a small shamrock McFlurry with extra Oreo and whip cream. The girl in the drive thru tried to give me a completely different McFlurry and I said that wasn’t my order so she took it back and remade it. Then she gave me a reg/large size McFlurry with no whip cream. I said again that’s not what I ordered. I paid for a small with whip cream. She literally says “well it’s just missing the whip cream you don’t wanna keep it?” No I wanted what I paid for. She had to remake it three times while I’m sitting in the drive thru and when she came back she was talking inappropriately about me to her other coworker. Thank you for hiring the most incompetent and rude people.

I decided a week later to go to a different McDonald’s to see if I had a better experience. Let’s just say HUGE shout out to the McDonald’s in Celebration, FL. It was overall a great experience. Even though it was busy, my food came out quick. It was also hot and fresh!
I decided to get the McDonaldland Meal again in hopes that I would actually get the shake this time! It was well worth it. Thick and creamy and full of flavor.
The fries were cooked to perfection with the right amount of salt and the nuggets were the best I have ever had. They were light and crunchy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside! Paired with the sweet and sour sauce, it was simply amazing.
I was also excited to actually get to open the collectible, since the lady at the last restaurant took mine from me. I got the Hamburgler! Loved the stickers and postcards. So fun! Hope to get the rest of the set.
Thanks to Mayor McCheese and all the residents of McDonaldland, this time I didn’t leave McDisappointed, instead I left 100% McSatisfied! #imlovinit

EVERY SINGLE TIME no matter day or night when I visit, this McDonalds has the friendliest customer service in all of Orlando. The people who work here are always sincere with the service they provide. EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit, those fries are pipping hot. That’s all I ever want and it’s always delivered. Everyone can always leave a negative review, but tend to sing praises every once in a while, so here it is. I love this McDonalds!

This locations is somewhat conveniently located near the Disney theme parks on the opposite side of I-4. Speed for orders varies. The drive thru is not as efficient as it could be. This is a relatively new location and the i side was clean. The ice cream machine was working. However, the hot fudge wasn’t that hot, which made it have a slightly different taste. We used the app for our orders. I recommend that to save and to increase chances for order accuracy.

Watched as my 2 drinks order was passed over multiple times. Left sitting on the screen as orders that came in after we got there were finished and handed off. We put our order in at 920. I am currently typing this while still waiting for that order and it’s 950. Honestly one of the slowest places I’ve ever been. Please for the love of God go ANYWHERE else you will save yourself time even if you have to drive 10 extra miles both ways. I’ll still be here waiting for my food as you drive past with yours.
