I visit this mcdonalds quite regularly for breakfast or an evening meal. I recently had the $5 meal which consists of a double cheeseburger, fries, nuggets and drink (Sprite). The food is always consistently good, hence I return. Recommended if you want a McDonald’s fix and are passing by.

15 minutes for a coffee and an amazing sundae. And they gave me cold coffee. I complained and they ignored me. Don’t go to that location; the service is terrible. The owner should take action against that staff or close the store.

Nice location. But on a couple of occasions (including today) a couple of the staff members had a bad attitude. Only reason I’ll go is out of convenience. Maybe change up the way staff is chosen.

I ordered my food to be cooked to order and they did not cook anything fresh like I requested. Not even 2 minutes after I parked they brought my food to me. I know it takes longer than 3 minutes to cook chicken nuggets and fries fresh. The young lady who brought my order to the car proceeded to roll her eyes and have an attitude when I asked for the sauces and straw I had already asked for at the window. When I called the restaurant the manager was extremely rude and had nothing but attitude. I definitely would not recommend this location.

If I could give this mcdonalds no stars I would. I showed up at 10:30 and they locked the doors even though the sign on the door said the dining room is open till 11 and there were people still inside. They even told me that I can’t use the app to order any food and get the food from the late night window. I told them I do not have a car to go through drive through. He just shrugged and closed the window. His excuse is that they are short staffed. But if they can still serve people in the drive thro then they should be able to serve the people in the dining room till 11. Not going back to this mcdonalds.

There was an older white lady and I say this specifically because there’s another older lady who was Hispanic, Hispanic lady was cool. The older white lady had an attitude about being at the store because it’s not hers. Not our problem. If you don’t like your job, then leave but don’t take it out on others. That lady I just referenced is the primary reason I’m even writing this review. The store doesn’t have a baby changing table, so that was a pain.

I have been eating a lot of McDonald’s lately with all the monopoly rewards coming in. I’ve had most locations in the surrounding area and can confidently say: this is the best one! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, in between. Drive thru or dine in. The staff is SO kind, the food is always fresh and actually fast. 10/10 location- I hope their staff is treated well and rewarded often for their hard work!

I placed an order for curbside pickup and entered my spot number in the app. After waiting longer than normal for my order, I checked the app and it gave me the option to enter my spot number again so I just thought that for some reason I hadn’t entered it correctly the first time. The app said that I had to go to the front counter but I didn’t want to go inside so I went through the drive-through. Explained to the person taking my order what was going on and she asked me for a code. Told her I only had a partial order number and told me to refresh the app which I did but nothing in the app changed. She said something about entering where I was parked and I had told her that i had twice and attempted to give her my name and she wasn’t being helpful at all as I did everything she asked of me and it still wasn’t working. She then proceeded to tell me to drive down to the next window because i was “giving her attitude” in an incredibly rude, disrespectful tone. At that point I had had enough and just left without getting my order. Really mad about this whole experience–I gave her as much information as I had and she didn’t even ask what I had ordered so she could get it to me and I will never be going there again.
