On my way to the airport, I decided to stop at my local McDonald’s. Although the self-service kiosk wasn’t accepting card payments, I was directed to the till to complete my order. After about seven minutes, I finally managed to get a staff member to take my payment; until then, my order couldn’t be processed. It seemed the staff were primarily focused on serving drive-through customers. Despite the dine-in area having only three or four people, I had to wait around 15 minutes to receive my order. Aside from that, the premises were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff member who took my order was polite and pleasant. However, my decaf coffee was not enjoyable, as it tasted weak and lacked the usual coffee flavor.

It wasn’t an experience, it was a disaster. Disclaimer ( I’m a retired Kitchen Manager from a Disney area resort). I live nearby therefore is my closest choice. Went there for 2 McRibs and 2 medium fries. Ordered thru the app and went to pick up and that’s when the nightmare started. I parked and 23 minutes later had to get out of the car to go inside and check because many cars that came after me already had their orders delivered. The guy at counter tells me that they were making one McRib that was missing. 10 minutes later nothing and I ask again already visibly upset and a minute later the supervisor comes out with my order with cold fries. I demanded fresh hot fries and finally I took off so upset I wasn’t hungry anymore. The problem from what I observed while waiting is Management. The kitchen interaction looks messy and lots of employees in the way doing nothing and distracting the ones that are working. Change or retrain the Managers and you’ll see all this bad reviews gone!

I ordered a large fry… So you already know what my complaint is going to be lol. Shuffled fries and none were crispy…. Do better… it wasn’t a line yet i waited long enough to receive at least hot fresh fries.

I’m genuinely frustrated writing this. The service was rude and inattentive, and my order was handled carelessly. This has happened more than once.
With the current prices, customers deserve better — not attitudes and mistakes. The sign about dignity and respect in the window is ironic considering how customers are treated here.
I hope management takes this seriously and works on accountability and customer service standards.

Staff is awful, if youre a woman they’ll treat you with kindness but if youre male they will treat you like a combatant. Stay away from this location, unsure if my treatment is because I’m male or black but my white girlfriend gets way better service than I do here. Boycott racism or sexism

never have mobile orders right and ready to bring out to curbside. made a big deal about going through the drive through even though i picked curbside since they were taking over 15 mins to bring it out and no one in drive through or inside was being attentive. said they wouldn’t receive my payment going through drive because i chose initially curbside..manager ended up giving me the order and it was still incorrect and missing items.

Never thought I would be writing this I went to the drive thru and order a double quarter meal after I payed I was instructed to pull forward to receive my food as soon as I arrived at the second window I was told to pull forward as my meal wasn’t ready I pulled to the waiting spot where I waited almost 20 minutes for my food to be ready which is mind boggling since this is considered fast food after I finally received my food I drove home to eat my food when I took a bite of my burger I noticed it had a weird taste and was cold I looked down and noticed the patty looked different I pulled the bottom patty apart I was shocked to discover the bottom patty was raw not only was that extremely disgusting that is dangerous as I was unfortunate enough to receive food poisoning the next day I drove back as soon as I discovered the raw patty and asked to speak to the manager when I told her what happened she didn’t even apologize for what happened it was insane that I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a raw burger if I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered a two cheese burger meal: one burger plain and the other with no pickles (with a fresh fry).
I also ordered a 4pc with bbq sauce.
I requested a milkshake but was told “I don’t have any shakes at the moment”….ok the usual I was expecting it.
I got cold food. Cold fries included. No bbq sauce
One of the burgers also only had ketchup?….no onions, no mustard.
We sat at an open window as two individuals passed for 2 minutes before being noticed.
I asked for the fries remade because they weren’t fresh. The woman apologized but then the fries had no salt. I assume they were refried and not resalted. I went back through the drive thru and explained they didn’t taste fresh and had no salt at the speaker. I got to the second window and the woman asked “how can I help you”. I explained the situation again and she offered me salt. Why would I want salt packets for fries I asked for fresh…that didn’t taste fresh….. she remade the fries for me (still not tasting fresh). There were just too many issues with my order. Won’t be back.

This McDonald’s is a mess everytime I go man. I ordered breakfast today on the app and when I go to pick it up they’re completely confused in the window. One person tells me breakfast is ended so they can’t give me anything. They bring in a manager that says they’re gonna make it, then they tel me they can’t make it. Just an absolute mess as always. It’s so frustrating dealing with this when trying to grab a quick bite to eat. Insane.

Extremely poor service and order accuracy. I waited 40 minutes while later customers were served immediately. The employee attending was very rude; they told a DoorDash driver they had to wait because ‘he wasn’t paying,’ which was disrespectful. When we got home, we realized that multiple hamburgers were missing from our order. Absolutely do not recommend this location.
