When you look up this McDonald’s it says 24 hours this is false, on the doors it says 5:30am to 12am that should be listed on Google as well…. Secondly this McDonald’s take almost 10 to 15 minutes just for one or two items…. How hard is it to put chicken nuggets in a box with a small fries? Took 15 minutes just for a happy meal….. please fix your hours and please retrain your staff to work faster….. if you are going to just stand there and talk work isn’t for you..

Went through the drive through. The girl at the drive through was nice, she struggled but eventually got the order. After paying I pulled up to the window to get the food. The lady at that window did not know my order so she asked what drink we had. I told her and she asked to see the receipt so I gave it to her. She gave me my drink and told me to pull to the next window because they have not began making my food. I asked for my receipt back and she told me I would get it with my food because they need it for the order. I pulled to the next window and my food was ready shortly. When I got home I sat down to eat and was missing my large fries and none of my food had been modified the way I asked (extra ketchup). I chalked it up as a loss on the fried due to living about 10 minutes away but I don’t plan on returning to this location and I warn others to check your items before pulling away.

This new location went from 1 start to 4 stars in a matter of weeks. I’m impressed with whomever took action. And it’s not 5 stars because of course the ice cream machine can never work 24/7 especially when you crave it the most. But good job on the service!

I had the longest day… my flight was delayed by 2 hours and then ultimately cancelled. At 3 AM I finally left the airport to head back to my families place to get some sleep. On the way, I thought to myself, “wow, a hot n spicy would just really turn this night around”. So it was settled… I was going to get some McDonalds. And, well, this turned out to be a huge Mcletdown. I googled this location and it said open 24 hours…. and as you can guess, this was a lie. They were closed. So now I’m just a girl in the world with no hot n spicy, no flight, and a broken heart. Was this Grimace’s fault? Is he haunting me … or was it all gods fait keeping me from the mcCalories. Guess I’ll never know… *sigh*

I ordered on the app and went through the drive through to pick up my order. It was breakfast 10am. I ordered a steak and egg bagel No cheese extra onions extra breakfast sauce. I got a steak egg bagel with extra chese, no onions no breakfast sauce. The package sticker said no cheese extra onions extra breakfast sauce but the box the sandwhich came in said extra cheese no onions no breakfast sauce. I go inside and ask them to fix it and they tell me i probably got a wrong sandwich meant for someone else. I stand there and wait for 20 minutes and nothing so i ask them again if they know whats going on with my sandwhich. They tell me they are making the steak. I wait another 10 minutes when they give me the replacement sandwhich i look in the box and its the same extra cheese, no onions, no breakfast sauce. At this point i have somewhere to be so i just leave. 30 minutes wait and still the wrong food. They where not even busy. Going back to the mcdonalds in colonial for now maybe because they are new they dont know what they are doing yet.

14 March, 2023 @ 6:48pm! This McDonalds is way too new to be as slow as it was just now……and my order is not what I wanted, the chicken was halfway correct but not the trimmings. The drive through line was not that long but the 3 cars in front of me all seemed to be having an issue and one was sending food back…. I needed to send mine back but I’m hungry so I left and at home I will add my cheese and Mayo and lettuce and tomato!
