There was a simple charge that required a manager to come to the drive thru register and adjust. She seemed VERY irritated with me that I did not catch the error before the charge was made.

On 7/11/2024 approx 12:20 purchased a deluxe spicy Mc crispy meal medium with fries. Spirit . The service was very slow , so my daughter went in to pick up the order ,it took so long that my dad came inside the store ( order 1678) when I got home with my food , I noticed MOLD on the bread of my sandwich and sandwich was sloppily prepared – I have a pictures ! So unacceptable and disgusting. Worst McDonald’s in the area … No one at the counter when my daughter came in to retrieve her food …Warning to the Community look at your food before leaving the counter because they don’t look at what their serving ..

The restaurant was clean but it took almost 35 minutes to get our order and when we finally got it every single item we ordered except one was wrong. We had specifically ordered extra cheese on all of our Big Macs and somehow instead none of them had cheese. Avoid this location.

Current time 702 pm drive thru had 2 cars and we waited 18 mins only to see cars come and go after they parked us we only had 3 small combos it you wanna be forgotren in line. Please by all means come to this location

THIS PLACE IS GREAT. they are almost never short staffed. Get served in under 2 minutes if it’s not a VERY busy day. The design is easy to get in to and easy to grab food. Workers will fix issues if needed.
