This location does a number of things wrong almost every visit. So I don’t come often. But when I do I’ll just order a large fry and get medium fry in a large container… so frustrating especially since fries are up to $5 now. Crazy

Drive thru cashier was pleasant. Pickup window person said they needed a few minutes and had me pull into a space. 20 minutes later I get twice cooked nuggets with stuck together ones with wet batter.

I don’t ever go to McDonald’s because of the poor service and human error. I’d highly recommend to anyone to not get coffee here because I got half a cup of a small coffee. It’s truly pathetic like their workers.
Next time I will get out of the car and go inside

Absolutely absurd, didnt ask for a meal but got charged for a meal. They DID NOT REPEAT MY ORDER TO LET ME KNOW SO THAT I DIDNT GET A MEAL WHEN I NEVER EVEN ASKED FOR A MEAL! NEVER ASKED FOR A MEAL AND SPENT MY LAST BIT OF MONEY ON IT WHEN I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE $3.79 JUST FOR A COKE AND 10 piece which is what i asked for but instead was charged 8$ for a meal! ABSOLUTELY ABSURD SERVICE AND CLEARLY DONT CARE THAT THEY DO THEIR JOBS RIGHT OR ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS! Horrible guest services, came here this morning to get my four year old a chocolate milk, hash, brown, and a sausage biscuit and then for myself number two with an iced coffee. They told me that the total was just over nine dollars so in my mind, they got everything I ordered I guess I can’t comprehend that it would be more than basically $10 so I get to the window and I noticed that my iced coffee and my hash brown is not in the bag and the lady at the window said you didn’t order that and I said yes I did and she said where’s your receipt and I said the guy the window did not give me a receipt as I’m trying to pull up my McDonald’s app seeing if the receipt is electronic she’s telling me that I didn’t order that in my mind. I’m thinking for $10 that’s not all my food she goes. We’re getting the receipt now so I’m thinking OK I’ll just pay the difference if The guy at the window didn’t hear me say number two with an iced coffee she then Hand me the receipt my number two was not on there. They only rung me up for a sausage egg McMuffin and I go OK can you guys please give me a hash brown and iced coffee? I will pay the difference and she goes no you need to go back around by the way the line is full 9:30 AM. I said are you kidding me? You guys are the ones that didn’t hear me say this is what I wanted. I’m willing to pay for it. I’m not asking for anything for free and she goes. Nope you gotta go back around. I said I want to talk to a manager then I hear someone saying well. I’m not the manager and then a lady peeks her head around the corner and says you didn’t pay for it. I said I’m not asking for anything for free. You guys didn’t hear me order it even though he repeated me saying I wanted an iced coffee with my number two and then she proceeded to tell me she was the manager and that I needed to go back around that they don’t have a cash register at the second window. So you’re telling me you forgot to bring up my food then argue with me and then tell me I need to go back around instead of just making me the iced coffee and the hash brown why someone runs my card to the register absolutely insane customer service absolutely insane how it was treated. I will never be back to that location and the management really needs to get retrained.

My Egg Mcmuffin was burnt and black. Did not eat the English muffin. Ordered curbside and they didn’t deliver my food. Had to go inside. No apologies.

I recommend any other restaurant besides this one.
No condiment stand, no refill station, no friendly staff. This doesn’t even feel like a restaurant anymore. I know fast food restaurants aren’t supposed to be the nicest, but do I really have to stand in line for a refill or to ask for ketchup packets that they forgot to give me? Apparently so. The food has become way too pricey for the taste, quality (or lack thereof) and overall feel of the inside of the restaurant. Bathrooms were disgusting, staff was very robotic. No “thank you,” “you’re welcome” when I said thank you, or even have a nice day. Very sad to see the baseline for work ethic for this multi billion dollar corporation.

This McDonald’s is the biggest absolute joke of an establishment I’ve ever seen. Dead hours and 10+ minutes in the drive thru? If I was the franchise owner or corporate I would clean house and hire competent workers. Food was okay. Service was absolutely terrible.
