Drive-thru really needs to tighten up. Paid almost $20 for a Big Mac Meal, Happy Meal, and 3 pack of cookies. Burger, nuggets, and fries were all cold/old and they never gave me the cookies. No time to sit in the drive thru again and not unloading two kids to go in the store to ask for freshly made food. Just need them to do a lot better.

Went to the drive-thru to get my breakfast sandwich and a coffee like I do at least twice a week and I have been using the McDonald’s app to order and it has made it easier and a little faster as I’ve already found what I want. When I get to the first window the woman at the window is always so pleasant and I go to the next window just as the car ahead pulls forward to leave and I’ve got my food and drink in all fresh and tasty in less than 5 minutes. Awesome service and fresh food is 2 thumbs up.

Lady that took our drive through order got our order wrong, repeated it, then she stopped talking, we waited, asked if she was there she said, “Yeah, is that it?” We pulled our around and had to correct our order with the guy at the pay window, he was polite. The lady who took our order was at the second window and handed us our milkshakes and we had to ask for our fries. She was rude. I understand customer service jobs can suck, but we were polite so don’t take it out on us.

Every time I come to this location, there’s always an issue’s. I’ve stopped going and always gone to another one further away to avoid this location. Well, the other day on the way home from the beach, I decided to go by it, and it was a horrible mistake. 15-20 mins for 2 ice cream and 2 icee’s. People(about 5 cars) that ordered actual food behind me got their food and left before I did. Called and left a message for the number on receipt, that was a waste of time. I left a voice message and now over a week still haven’t gotten a reply. Best interest to STAY AWAY from this location.

I purchased an item, received the wrong item and then called on my way as I was going to work they told me to bring an item back told him I was on my way to work. The manager said she would put my name on the board, I went there today, and the manager was throwing her arm, shaking her fingers telling me that I’ve already got my free thing that employee told her that I already received it, and I explain to her that her employee was lying and I had not received it and she accuse me of line and said I will make it for you this one last time and I told her never mind I didn’t want it to keep it and drove off this manager was a Jamaican lady. She had no respect for the customer. I will never go back there. I would never expect to get food for free and they act like me trying to get a four dollar sandwich was a crime when I already paid for it

The worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. They forgot my entire order. All I got was a bag of straws and napkins. I called to complain and was told that I can file for a refund with my bank or place a new order. Then I was told that they were ‘out of ice cream’ (code for we don’t feel like making it)

The girl at the first window with butterfly tattoos all over her arms was so rude. I asked for my receipt and she shut the window in my face. I waited and she finally opened window and I asked her for my receipt. She was getting frustrated cause she couldn’t find the right one…Mind you I was the last person she cashed out. She looks at me and says she is too busy for this ish and I’ll have to live without it and shuts window again!! Like what!! Horrible rude customer service smh!

Every fast food restaurant have their bad days but here they’re rare and understandable when short staffed or systems crash. Always my favorite McDonald’s to go to. The employees are friendly and fast. Working for Doordash or Uber I never get complaints from customers. This restaurant helps me keep my ratings high.
