Every time I come to this location they screw my order without fail at any time of the day. Today I came in and was the only car in the drive thru, so no worrying for others thin patience and what not, right? Still got messed up so I came back to have it fixed which I wouldn’t usually do. SHOCKER, my fixed order was still not right! There was no animosity with the service workers but to screw up the same order twice is truly impressive

We ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese and they came out so fresh and delicious . I like the kiosk, it made special orders easier, but I really miss having an actual person taking my order .

I went to this McDonalds today expecting the usual unfriendly employees that take my order. Instead I was greeted with a friendly welcome and a question of how I was doing. This blew my mind to the point I had to write a review. I found out the young kid’s name was Isaac and he truly seemed sincere with his smile and friendliness. If this place could get more of this type of service I’m sure more people would start coming back here. I may even cut back on some of my Chik-Fila visits if I can start counting on the employees here actually caring and doing a good job.

Some of the best service I have ever had at a McDonald’s, if not the best. A young man named Isaac was very cordial and helpful with our order, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere the entire time.

I will continue to give this location 5 stars as long as they give me the 5 star service I got today! I used my promo code for a BOGO free McMuffin since the kiosks don’t recognize the code and because the kiosks don’t smile or make you feel unique. The young lady who helped me has a fantastic smile and was very nice.

I got our drinks & McMuffins quickly – sausage for husband and original for me. We sat inside this clean, somewhat quiet, bright and welcoming place. This is a hangout for the senior citizens (I’m one, I know.) who can socialize as they enjoy their cheap coffee and inexpensive breakfast items. The only thing different about them and us is we don’t sit separately! I hope we never do that, no matter how many female or male friends accompany us!!

Went to this McDonald’s 7:40 p.m. Saturday ordered four-piece crispy chicken tenders got these when they first came out and they were awesome!!!! They were cooked perfect they were all white meat they were tender they were juicy they had a great flavor.. so went back to get some more today they are way overcooked they are super thin they are like rubber inside they are not juicy and they don’t look like they’re all white meat I sure hope this is just the one time incident when they have not changed their meat or recipe.

They didn’t get my order right. They told me that I would have to drive around and wait in line again to reorder the item they missed when I originally ordered. I asked to talk to the manager. She told me there’s nothing we can do and you’re wasting my time. I felt like I shouldn’t have to go back and wait in line when they couldn’t even get my order right in the first place. That’s poor customer service especially coming from the manager.

Manager tonight Jan 4th 7:30pm states he does not need to wear gloves while handling food and packing food up for the customers. I was ordering food and my 7 year old asked to leave because she saw him packing up fries with no gloves. I mentioned it to him and his response was, if it was a health violation we wouldn’t have had them give us a high grade the other day, I said “you need to wear gloves while handling food no matter what!” He said “no we don’t, we have a timer to wash our hands every 30 minutes next to the fries”
Are we serious right now?! The amount of sicknesses going around and we just handle food like that raw?
Nasty!!!!
