I wanted to share what an amazing McDonald’s location this is. First of all, it is always immaculate. Someone is always attending to details like windows or bathrooms It is the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Also I must tell you that the staff is wonderful! They are quick, efficient, personable and professional! I would love to also recognize personally Migdalia and Connie! They keep everything going smoothly and always take time to chat or make you feel special! Thank you so much!

Have had good experiences here in the past, they are one of the rare ones that have Biscuits and Gravy, so that is a plus for me. This last visit they did not put my cheeseburger in the bag. Other than that tho it wasn’t a bad experience.

Just a very expensive location compared to the average McDonald’s. It don’t do substitutions of any kind for vegetarians and they charge you if literal for even the smallest thing. The customer service is lackluster at best with very snotty and rude employees. There’s a sense of entitlement because they’re obviously so successful but, they don’t get much of my money and I live close by. Instead, i drive to Burger King in Tarpon Springs which has as much better quality of food, vegetarian choices, superb customer service and overall value for my greenbacks. I’d rather have it my way at BK and not some commercially robotic snotty nosed franchisee’s interpretation of pricing and delivery of the final inferior product line. As far as I’m concerned they can take a walk off a short pier and I’ll be just fine without the stress of being nickel and dimed to death. If I want a damn extra sauce for my nuggets, give it to me. Who are you to dictate what kind of inside should have? That would be okay if you didn’t already charged prices that require a person to get a second mortgage just to eat there. No, some of us are not stupid and we take our money up the street and tell all of our friends and family to avoid eating at your overpriced, money powerhouse restaurant! Good luck to you people, I hope you make a 199% net profit on every menu item by continually raising your prices. The ignorance of the general public and their need to feed their obesity with your overpriced food and rude, bellicose and pugnacious employees are enough to steer my car to BK instead . Truth!!!!

The manager Maria (spanish) here is disgusting and extremely rude. Doesn’t know what customer service is and would rather upset a frequent customer. She wanted to argue with me instead of correcting my order. She has no social skills and is working at the wrong job. She didn’t want to correct my order because it would reflect on her shift. I am super upset with her and this Mcdonalds and I’m far from being done. This is just the start until the fix my stuff. She expected me to have my receipt when they don’t hand you one anymore since covid. She said that she wouldn’t do anything for me. That I was lying and she didn’t care.

This McDonalds was a good one. The Staff was smiling and friendly. The food was fresh and hot and the dining room was nice. The tables however could have used a good cleaning. Most were filled with lots of cups and trash or food that others had left behind. I know staffing is a problem right now for a lot of employers which leaves double duty for many other employees to have to do several jobs. So alot things get left undone for hours. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience.

Very unique experience…yes, at McDonalds! It was 5:22am and everything seemed closed on US hwy 19 N until we came upon this beautifully lit and well decorated McDonalds in Palm Harbor. Any establishment willing to put that time and effort into holiday decorations certainly cares about the quality of their business…and it showed!!! Very clean inside and out; fast and very friendly service…even at 5 in the morning… wow! Excellent!

Super clean, super fast, and great quality for fast food. This has always been the best McDonald’s in the area. Especially around the holidays when they cover the building in lights, this McDonald’s really stands out from the rest in Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs.

When a veteran can’t even get a cup of ice water it’s pretty sad especially when it’s hot 100° day. It’s not like I’m smelly or dirty or even a bad member of society.
