Where’s the cheese? McDonald’s is getting into the holiday spirit a bit early. My cheese is playing like a ghost—totally MIA. The burger was so dry, I almost considered using it as a doorstop. It’s impressive how you can mess up something so simple!

Finally my burger tasted charbroiled.it was on fire..hope you open.but man mickey d’s can’t get any more nasty.its a emergency solution when u need it.Most times it’s better to eat some crackers and a bottle of water and skip that meal..Hope everybody finds what they need to be happy!! Pretty good Mcdonald’s location. Food is usually good. Sometimes the portion size of the fries are extremely short, the fry holder is barely half full sometimes. In addition sometimes the sandwiches are put together a little Sloppy with ketchup and other condiments all over on the bun and on the wrapper which is irritating, but it’s not a regular thing. When I have brought this up to the manager they have apologized and offered to replace the item. Drive thru usually moves quickly too.

I went thru the drive with my daughter this morning. I said the girl ask me for my code like normal. I gave my code for a free large iced coffee she proceeded to tell me they don’t have hazelnut iced coffee. I said that’s fine. Can I have a French vanilla? I gave the rest of my order I said thank you. She says nothing. Can you pull forward? I pull forward. I look in the window and say are you having a good morning? She say nothing, I repeat are you having a good morning? She says nothing again, I repeated it one last time. Are you having a good morning? She looks at me and says I just got here. If I didn’t have my daughter in the car I would have gotten out and spoke to the manager but I felt would do just fine. I feel like this, if you’re going to be cashier at 7am in the morning have a better attitude. I got to pay for my food. I’m not getting it for free. How am I bothering you by being kind saying please and thank you I will not be returning to this McDonald’s. I didn’t have a problem with the food. But if I’m paying for the sucky service I’ll pass.

Had the most amazing ice cream cone that was crafted by a young blonde girl (w long straight hair⁶. She made the most perfect ice cream cone and I told the lady working the window that it was the best cone I have ever been given, considering all the years I have been getting a vanilla cone. The lady replied yes that the employee really knew how to serve a cone and I agree. Sad I didn’t take a picture of if.

This is my favorite McDonalds to go too. The one next to walmart and wawa off of 19 and ridge is horrible everytime I go there i will drive the extra bit to go to this one. They are always super nice when I come in and quick and fast with preparing my order

You place an order, the screen confirms your order, they repeat your order when you pay and they ask if this is your order when you get… after 3 confirmations your order is still wrong and then they always act like its a HUGE inconvenience when you explain the order is wrong or they forgot something.. Staff slow. I used the kiosk to place my order, but the kiosks had the credit card readers deactivated so I had to stand in line to pay anyway. What is the point of having the kiosk if you have to wait in the line anyway? Restaurant was clean and the food was decent. Managers were sitting at the hightop table in front of the order counter. They were going over a schedule, but should have jumped in and helped with the line. Kiosks did not take cards and only one person on front line to take orders and payments. Ketchup dispensed by beverage station was watered down and runny. (Both nozzles) My visit was around 2PM on Thursday.

9pm at night. Only 2 cars in the drive thru, took 15 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers. Y’all need to step it up.
