Food was cold. See photo for amount of cold fries you can expect to get. Service was cold, too (eye rolling as we happily paid for extra sauces just to get the wrong ones). One of the worst McDonald’s experiences lately and the worst of local QSRs.

I don’t know what angels are back there making the iced coffees, but please give them a raise immediately. I order extra caramel drizzle and they don’t just add caramel… they LINE THE CUP like it’s a caramel masterpiece. It’s beautiful & delicious EVERY TIMEEE.
Every other McDonald’s hears “extra caramel” and sprinkles three sad lines on top, and isn’t sweet. Not this one. This one understands the assignment.

I had fries ..nuggets..and cheeseburger and all of it was good but the cheeseburger was less to be desired..the sandwich tasted microwaved(rubbery)and cheese was a lil hard and meat tasted old but their nuggets and fries were great and I do highly recommend the spicy mcchicken sandwich..omg..so good if you like a lil heat

I ordered a McDouble with just cheese and I received it loaded with onions. Onions on the top, onions in the middle melted into the cheese, and onions on the bottom. I don’t know how plain translates into extra onions. I can’t even scrape them off to possibly eat this thing because they are melted into all the cheese. I will stick to going to the new location on Massachusetts from now on.

Went inside for dinner sat there for 15 minutes and nobody even looked at me. The only thing they care about is the drive-through people. Don’t go in this restaurant. They will just ignore you. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had.

Pulled up to the drive through with 3 cars ahead of me, took 10 minutes to get the food. You can go to Chick-fil-A with 15 cars waiting in line and you’ll still get out of there in 3 to 4 minutes. I don’t mean to be such a Karen about it but it’s legit every single time I go to this McDonald’s.
