I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese—plain—through the drive-thru, but when I got it, it had everything on it. I politely told the girl at the window, and she took the burger back. About 20 seconds later, she handed me the same burger—only this time, the toppings were wiped off and you could still see the ketchup smeared on the patty. It was obvious they hadn’t remade it, just scraped it clean.

I didn’t realize this until I drove away, so I turned around and went inside. When I explained what happened, the woman at the counter didn’t apologize, didn’t seem to care, and just told the cook to make another one. You could see the guy in the back was annoyed, like I was the problem for wanting my food made correctly.

After waiting quite a while, I finally got my replacement. I figured at least it would be fresh—especially since the first one had been sitting so long it was dry. But when I took a bite, I couldn’t believe it… it was raw. Not undercooked—raw in the middle. I honestly didn’t even think that was possible at a fast-food restaurant. Absolutely disgusting.

No apology, no accountability, just a completely careless and unsanitary experience from start to finish.

I ordered two Happy Meals and asked for the soda without ice. When I went to pick them up, they gave it to me with ice. I told them I had ordered it without ice, and a woman with braided dreadlocks, who was incredibly rude, rolled her eyes at me and slammed the drive-thru window shut. I checked to see if they had included the BBQ sauces in the Happy Meals, and there weren’t any. I asked if I could have some, since I had also requested them when I ordered. She only gave me one, and did so grudgingly. To avoid begging, since I know they charge for extra sauces, I asked how much more it would cost for another one, and she said 25 cents and took my card. But the woman’s attitude was terrible. As a customer, I deserve respect, and I didn’t disrespect her at any point. I got home, and the soda, which was a Hi-C orange, tasted like water. I even feel like she did it on purpose. Terrible attitude.

I just stopped at this McDonald’s not even 30 minutes ago. I was out walking around on foot, and I was passing by and figured I’d see if I could go inside and get a drink. When I was approaching the store, there were a couple of employees outside enjoying their break time. I asked if the lobby was closed, and was told that it was. I then asked if I could walk through the drive-thru to get a drink, and Lexi, the young lady outside, asked me what kind of drink I wanted. I let her know I wanted a Hi-C, and she went inside the store and grabbed me one. This made my night, genuinely. It seems like such a small thing, but she didn’t have to interrupt her break to help a random person approaching the store when the lobby is already closed. In my eyes, Lexi went above and beyond what she had to do, and it seems to me that she genuinely cares about her job and helping the customers who come to this store. This isn’t a one off, I got lucky thing either. I stop here 2-3 times a week, normally around 7pm to 8pm for some food, and the service is always great. But Lexi really set an amazing example tonight, and I really hope this review is seen by management and Lexi gets some sort of recognition from her management team, because these experiences are the types of experiences that bring people into the store more and more, and it’s really refreshing to be helped by a team member who genuinely cares about what they’re doing. Go Lexi, and go this McDonald’s!! Thank you 🙂

Manager with the red hair, purple shirt, and orange scrunchie around 5:30pm had a horrible attitude and was slamming stuff and talking negatively about customers where everyone could hear and was very rude on the headset. The man with dreads was extremely polite and helpful and seemed to be keeping things calm in the kitchen/bagging area

TERRIBLE LOCATION TO DOOR DASH PICKUP FROM. After waiting for my customers order to come out 10 minutes late. I ask where it is and they come right out from the back with it. COLD GUARANTEED. I ask why was it not on the shelf and they said “WE DO NOT USE THE DELIVERY RACK NO MORE. “ Supposedly because of mixups….. The whole time they were so RUDE to everyone talking out loud about not being “AFRAID OF CONFRONTATION TOWARDS DRIVERS” This was all happening around 3:45 pm on February 15th. I will never pick up another order from there. Bad experience every single time from them and now they refuse to use the delivery rack. There will be so many late orders, it is not worth it. Such bad attitudes from them.

Took 20 minutes to get a SMALL MILKSHAKE. 20 MINUTES in the lobby. & on top of that HALF THE CUP WAS WHIPP-CREAM. Smh

I understand drive through is a priority. I’ve worked at checkers and Taco Bell when I was a teen. So I’m always pateint eating at fast food when I do. BUT you don’t just blatantly ignore all customers inside. After 15 minutes I tried calling staff to the counter & they looked at me and ignored me lol. Took 5 minutes to have 1 come over and ask me what I needed lol. Terrible attitudes and service. Every other customer was ignored in the lobby anytime they attempted to get an employees attention. Used to spend everyday getting $1 menu items at a teen. WACK

We got the chicken strips and only 2 out of 3 were edible. The one didn’t even appear to be chicken, was rubbery. Will not get that again!
