I don’t come often but the last two times I have, it’s been super busy in the Drive Thru. Both times Adriana was working the window and taking the orders and she had the best attitude despite being super busy. You can tell she’s a hard worker and I really appreciate her always having a smile! It’s refreshing to go through a drive thru and have the person on the other end not sound like they hate their job. She is the reason I will continue coming back.

I can’t believe how ridiculous prices have gotten. I was charged $11 for a McChicken meal. The chicken was so old and hard it was disgusting. Plus they want $15 an hour and this is the crap they want to sell for top dollar! I remember why I don’t eat McDonald’s

I received the incorrect items in my mobile order. I do not like McDonald’s chicken. I refuse to eat it. So I paid for items for no reason. And of course there is no section on the app to get my money back! Very sad when simply matching numbers is not an achievable task!

I went through the Drive with my Mom and ordered a Large coke, a LARGE smoothie, and fries. The fries were soggy, cold, and no salt. The smoothie I paid for was a large, I received a medium in 2 different cups. The cup at the bottom had ice cream all in it, the bag we received also had ice cream on it.
The girl at the window did not listen to our order correctly and barely acknowledged us. This is not the first time we have had a problem at this location.

Ordered a quarter pounder meal without onions. It came with what looked like an extra amount of onions and pickles. Fry box was barely half full and everything was cold.

I wanted breakfast, but I was to late. I ordered lunch instead. The McRib ad looked good. So I decided on the Mc Rib for lunch. The barbecue sauce and pickles had excellent flavor. Whoever, I did miss the onions! I used the drive up service. It was clean and a pleasant employee assisted.
The Mc Rib was hot and delicious.

Restrooms had no soap (both of them). Water at the sink didn’t work in the men’s room so no way staff could have been handwashing appropriately. We were ignored at the register for over 5 minutes while staff rushed around with drive through orders. The order kiosks were not working. This location needs help. We won’t go back. We have this place 3 chances and they had cleanliness and service issues each time. Enough is enough.

Ordered a happy meal through mobile app curbside. Ended up waiting almost 15 min for them to bring the happy meal. Two cars came got served large bags and left. Drive thru already on second round and I’m still waiting for the happy meal. I went inside and it was standing there. Their excuse was no fries. BS, everyone else got fries, but they didn’t have enough for a happy meal?? Never again!!

Ordered from the phone ap and I picked curbside. I assumed would be easier than drive through. NOPE! I arrived and selected the parked location from the spot and added it to the application where was requested. I waited… and waited… and waited. Almost 20 minutes. I seen drive through was pretty busy but this was too much. I go inside to see what is going on… nobody was coming to the register. I finally flagged one down. Told them I ordered from the app and had been waiting for over 20 minutes. Manager was super rude. “Well did you complete the process?’ As I am trying to show her the confirmation, she is looking at me like I interrupted her. Then she says “did you pick a spot?” I am again, showing her and you know you can hide your words but your face speaks it all. She was looking at me so mean. Her eyes. Finally she takes a picture of my order and starts processing it, stops mid order, yells for someone else to come complete my order. When I got the food, it was missing items. The employee was very nice and tried to help best she could but that manager and that lack of assistance at the front counter, uncalled for. There were several employees there too. Was not skeleton crew. Super bad experience with the mobile app and this location. Will not go back to this one. Will be deleting the app and most likely find another fast food breakfast provider. Super rude, no sort of apology, nothing. I understand this is a fast food restaurant but it is also a business. Horrible service.

The service weighs heavily in my review because truth be told if you get your food it’s great food. I’ve only ever ordered breakfast. The mocha hot coffee is my favorite but the machine is usually broken or they dont know how to use it. Each time I’ve gone I’ve had to wait a long time, today I never received my drink. It was the final straw. No pun intended. I waited 20mins parked at the third window, then parked in a parking spot and went in, they told me they were fixing the machine then another lady told me that I just missed her, referring to the lady bringing me my cofee, went back out and no one was there, went back in and was told I just missed her again, went out again, no one was there and went in again and was told she left my drink outside, went back out and saw nothing. Decided to leave without my coffee. In the past I’ve been accused of lying about what I ordered and was demanded to take my order, that I didn’t order, I started getting my receipt after that occasion but they still don’t deliver what I ordered ♀️ I’m not an arguer so I’m not going back. I tried making it work by waiting longer than I’ve ever had to wait and being solution focused but even then they are not attending my order.
