I wish I could give this location zero stars. I live right across the street and have to travel much further to receive good McDs because this place is consistently terrible. Ordered tonight because we got home late from the hospital and me husband and I both ordered 1 medium sized meal each. Each fry container was less than 1/4 full not to mention they were the worst fries my husband has had from a McDonalds in his entire 47 years of life, the lemonades were only 1/3 full, the nuggets were stale and cold. We should have known better but we were hoping maybe this visit would be different.

Excellent service friendly staff and manager. Manager personally greets you and checks in with you. This is not found anywhere else, especially at a fast food restaurant. Pleasant experience. Lauren took our order and even though the re was a mistake, we opted not to make a big deal because she was plant, helpful and had a great attitude. Waited in line because there was some guy looking to place an order in drive thru without a car. Girl that took my payment couldn’t even say hi. She looked like she had given up on life. She looked very unhappy. The other one just opened the window and gave me my food without saying thank you or have a nice day. Your employees are miserable people. Last time I ever go to your McDonald’s.

These questions on rating this place I couldn’t tell you,I’m a truck driver I pulled up in the parking lot at 920 pm lobby was closed even though the sign on the door at the time said lobby open till 10! There were plenty of personnel inside they just looked at me like I was an idiot,unlike the McDonalds in Hawthorne off 301 at the Loves truck stop,stopped in after midnight it was the best quarter pounder ever,got the meal it was all fresh and delicious! Never thought I would say that about any fast food joint,,if u go by there make sure to stop

What can I say about this place! Sometimes when the dark-skinned lady ❤️❤️❤️is there I don’t remember her name but when she is there the service is wow 1000 points she is friendly and very fast but when she is not there the service is bad they are rude I don’t know how explain and most of them are young so for that reason I only give them 3 stars .I wish all the employees were like that lady.

Ordered for and refused to supply order. Was told to wait an hour for order. Asked for refund and refused refund. Told to go through app and app doesn’t offer refund. These people are thieves. Window is slower than molasses in January up north.
