Currently still in the Drive-Thru line. This McDonald’s is very busy for lunch time. At the speaker I heard someone speak. So I said I have a mobile order. The young man speaking said quote I have not greeted you yet I will be with you in a moment. I replied okay. How rude to scold your customers. I heard someone speaking and so I spoke. Learn to be polite no matter what even if you’re busy just be polite and professional. Now, I will say this McDonald’s has never disappointed us and still hasn’t the issue today is with one employee. Was he feeling frustrated overwhelmed long lines had other customers been difficult I don’t know but he needs the learn to keep his emotions out of his work and just be polite and professional while working.

Be very careful at this McDonald’s. I asked for an ice water to take medication and was charged $2.59 for a Coca-Cola that I did not order. When I attempted to get a refund they said water is charged the same as a soft drink. Why are they not telling this to their customers when they order. I would have never ordered an ice water to take medication I would have simply ordered a Coke that I did not get.
What a scam!

Food is pretty good and comes out fast and hot, Also I’ve never seen a McDonald’s so clean before.The Service is amazing because the people always make sure you have everything you need. The Atmosphere is great they always smile at you, it makes me feel seen. so if you’re looking to come eat fast food don’t hesitate to come to this establishment they are doing a great job.

Fantastic $5 Dbl Burger with cheese OR Chicken Sandwich AND 4 CHICKEN NUGGETS with small Fries AND small Dry drink!. Fast and accurate meal and a VERY, Very GOOD Female manager who corrected my Mom’s Burger. She was the best McDonald’s manager AND the other younger female told me I could eat my moms burger instead of wasting it. Mom more than ever wants to move to that area because it’s the first time in years we’ve felt that we were getting the very best service ever. Wish McDonald’s would contact us. TEN STARS

This McDs did not honor the $8 Big Mac deal. Internet says operators are to honor the discount till the end of 2025. It’s only the middle of October and it’s already over. Very poor performance, so I’ll dine elsewhere.

I got a quarter pounder deluxe.
My wife got a big mac.
I was going to give a higher rating, but they only put one hamburg on the Big Mac.

Food and service was fine. If the atmosphere was using your employees as speed bumps, then it was terrible!!
