Drive through was packed but I seemed to get through Fairly quickly, I was surprised how quick i had made it through! And forgot other stuff ♀️so back we went now inside. Was absolutely way different then all the others , very pretty for a mc D! A nice change ! Thank you for that.

24 hour McDonald’s night shift telling us cash only which is fine. And then telling us no app deals. Ok I can understand. They say they have to manually calculate orders. But then they claim they can’t do the deals posted in the window like buy one get one free or get one for $1… because they have to calculate the order manually! How hard is it to write zero or 1 dollar in your equation??? I have to wonder if the district manager is aware of this?

Terrible service but to make it worse the terrible service came from the managers. Managers making a big deal about sauce for a nugget order . We didn’t receive any sauce for 32 nuggets in total. When we asked for sauce the manager complained it affects her bonus . But I know the real issue they are racist more than likely is the case there’s no reason to treat people like that

Idk who this Tracy girl is that works in the drive through but she has the worst attitude. My order was completely messed up, more than 3 times. I had to keep going back and forth to the drive through window to get it fixed and was told I had to go inside because she couldn’t keep fixing it through the window. If it wasn’t wrong in the first place, I wouldn’t of had to keep coming to the window nor should I have had to come inside and WAIT again for my stuff to be corrected 2 & 3 times. She charged me for the sauce I asked for extra for and then gave me the wrong sauce. My sandwich had onions on it. My kids happy meals were wrong, didn’t have the toy or sauce. I didn’t get all of my drinks.

Waited at least 2 mins in drive thru to place order. Bread on breakfast sandwich was overcooked. Staff not very friendly, maybe to early for them. But coffee was great. This is my 2nd time stopping here when traveling, made note not to stop at this exit again.

Supposedly this place is open 24 hours but if you go late at night they only take cash and don’t accept anything from the app. A bit ridiculous that they’re not actually operating normally but advertising that they’re open. Who has cash on them all the time in 2023? Seems they’re being lazy and shutting down their systems or something. If you want a place where they hire people that have no customer service skills and get upset when you ask for them to fix something they have clearly messed up. Then this is the place for you….. I asked for well done nuggets which they have done it every other McDonald’s location in my past and that just overwhelmed them to the point that three employees and a manager had to get involved and they still couldn’t understand cooking the nuggets for a little bit longer and then they proceed to take Old nuggets out of the tray and refry them with so much grease that a bag literally blew out in my car.

Nowadays, not even fast food is cheap. You’re paying a lot of money for the same food and the same quality. Steak bagel bread as hard as a rock and cool to the touch. Very disappointed. And this happens quite often.

I think I would have gotten better service from a toddler. At least then, my expectations on getting a simple order wrong would have been higher. I think they should have a less complex system for them to press buttons.
