Only got a drink this time through the drive through. They got the size wrong and had to wait a couple minutes after drive thru. They were friendly about it though. This specific McDs has much better customer service than some others. Keep up the positive vibes!

Had an issue where my order was not made correctly in the drive thru. Didnt realize mistake until I got home. Manager offered to have the item remade if I returned. Returned and the burger was remade correctly. A lot of gas for missing bacon and onion.

Ordered over the phone. A long line was in the drive through. Before that I chose to walk in and pick up my order which was already to go! Can’t go wrong with McDonald’s. There app is one of the best out of all the fast food restaurants.. I can’t wait till they start the Monopoly game again. Soon very soon.

Used one of my rewards points to order food and when I approached the speaker and placed my order the associate mocked me on how I placed my order because of how I sounded. This was totally uncalled for and rude as hell. They should’ve kept it to themselves or wait til I drove off at least! I know customers can be a pain but i didn’t do anything to deserve that and on top of that you don’t know what kind of day i had!

Ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese valve meal. Burger burnt and nasty, fries greasy and cold, no salt, might want to change the fry oil on a regular basis. Overall terrible experience.

The food sucked! I got two mcchickens a medium fry, and a large strawberry milkshake. The milkshake was starwberry banana (when they gave me my order i heard the one girl saying how she made the wrong milkshake instead of a strawberry one! I thought she was talking about a different order, it didnt look the right color but i figured I was wrong. But no. She was talking about the milkshake she handed me as she was handing it to me, RIDICULOUS!) The fries were old and cold as hell, and the mcchickens were drowning in mayonnaise. Like literally pouring out of the back of the sandwich every time I tried to take a bite. Which was only two from each sandwich because they were disgusting so I just threw it all a way. Such a waste of $15

PRICES have driven us to Taco Bell, and Wendys. No BOGO or buy one and another fo a buck. McD’ has always been our favorite but prices are to high and others quality has improved. There are many other restaurants in Black Diamond to chose from at McDs pricing.

If you go through drive through you may get skipped over even though my husband, baby and I waited at least 10 minutes before getting told to wait a second only for the worker to take the car at the other monitors order when they didn’t even wait, they literally just pulled up! All we wanted was drinks!
