Drive thru order.. Gravy on the side they put in tiny tiny side cups x4 with a teaspoon of gravy in each. Also missing food from order and no utensils. Went in to fix and the attitude was horrendous. Do Better!

Checked food in the bag and saw the tag said no lettuce so thought it would be right. Got home and 90% lettuce, no ranch and a cold hard chicken strip.

I ordered fries & coffe for curbside p/u. The fries were heat lamp warm and over salted. Super customer service… the gal got a fresh order and served it with kindness and a smile. She definitely earned a tip from me. ☮️

I did a pick up here because I am on crutches and it’s difficult to navigate. The service and food was awesome.

This place sucks. Absolutely no point in staying open 24/7 if you’re never going to be open anyways. JUST CHANGE THE HOURS TO CLOSED! I don’t know how many times I came here after work 3/4/5am starving and I can’t get a damn thing because they’re CLOSED! Oh my bad there open but “temporarily can’t make food” SOME BS!!! This time really got to me. Change the damn hours or hire more people to serve food.

I have a real problem with management yelling and cursing at employees…very unprofessional. Unfortunately the manager I’m speaking of did not have a name tag on. The employees however were pleasant even with being publicly humiliated in front of customers….won’t be back.

Probably the stingyist mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. No drink fountain, they don’t give you any napkins and when you ask for ketchup they only give you 1 packet. Plenty of better options in town for food. This mcdonalds also costed more than other mcdonalds in the area. Avoid!

This location is usually very hit or miss… sometimes it depends on the time of day, other times it’s the shift staff- there’s really no consistency.
One visit you’ll get A+ service and food, another you’ll find yourself stuck waiting 15-20min for an order and half cold meal… truly luck of the draw!

We have eaten at this McDonalds a few times and I almost always get a frappe. Today we ordered through the McDonalds app and when the lady brought our frappes they were not full . When I said something to her about it she giggled and said “they look different without whipped cream “. I told her that I always order mine without whipped cream and they are always full. Her reply was “will that’s how the machine did them”. I am not a happy gal today.
