i’m seriously not one to complain but come on. i placed a mobile order, drove 10 minutes to get it, then waited at the window for another 10 minutes (10:15pm, one other car in the drive thru). i literally only got a hamburger and fries and i mean please, this is ridiculous. Hellen Keller could’ve made a better burger than this.

I just wanted to give Jennifer (a new hire) a really great review. She was so sweet and very very courteous! What a GREAT ADDITION TO THE TEAM I also wanted to acknowledge Steve. He was the only person that ever greeted me by my first name while using the mobile app and I was extremely impressed. He was very sweet courteous and definitely has Customer Service in his background. It’s very apparent.

I visit my McDonald’s every day and another state and absolutely know everybody’s name and they feel like family and make my day special. I have been going at least four times a week to the two Venice McDonald’s and they’ve had the displeasure of meeting the owner, I assume it’s the owner it’s a man with a polo shirt and there’s a woman that’s there occasionally with a polo shirt who is much nicer. He’s very cold. when We ate inside with my daughter and they forgot stuff and we went and asked them. He acted like we were a complete waste of his time and inconvenience. He went back and said something and all the people were laughing behind the counter and made us feel very uncomfortable. Every time I’ve encountered him he’s always got a sour look on his face and seems as if he hates his job, which I assume he’s not happy having to fill-in for some worker that didn’t show up that day. But that’s not my problem. I work hard and even if it’s a bad day, I still smile and treat people with kindness and respect. That’s the least they could do there, but they are so unfriendly and don’t seem to care about anything so my last day was yesterday when I encountered him for the fifth time in the last few months. The only good thing there is Freddy. I hope they learned that we’re the ones that provide them with their income and start realizing they have to smile and be personable and friendly and go the extra mile. I will be finding either a location farther from me to get good service with a smile or I’ll find another company to get my daily friendliness, coffee and food from.

I don’t know what the problem with this location is, they cannot get an order right to save their life. and on top of it, I get home to realize I got someone else’s order. I go back, they don’t apologize, don’t offer any type of let’s make it right solutions, they shove the new bag of food in my face without saying anything, not even waiting for me to check it or ask me if the new order is correct, and close the window.
Fantastic establishment this one. Different variations of the same thing have happened multiple times, now imagine how often this happens if I’m not even one of their everyday or even weekly customers….

I’m going to give this review strictly because the manager was true to their word.
Food is always consistent so I know what I’m getting. They forgot an order in my takeout and I asked for it without realizing another item missing.
When I called the manager said I can come back and get my full order free and today I got that. So kudos to him.
The woman up front was nice “enough” but can be improved upon..
Overall this place is always clean and well maintained inside and out so I’ll keep going here vs a few in the area.

Everytime I come here, I ask for light ice in the drink. And everytime, it feels like they punish me for the request and fill it all the way with ice. I think they purposely fill it this full to save money on soda. It’s up to the line for iced coffee, not for a fountain drink.

I went to order a double qpc and when i pulled to the speaker at the drive thru the worker greeted me kindly, i immediately felt the chill vibes of this place when i pulled up the guy with the headset named “jonathon” said hello and gave me my receipt, he had amazing manners and seemed like a good kid. Then i pulled up to the next window to get my food and the worker named “sawyer” handed me my food and was very polite. 10/10 service from these 2 young gentlemen they are gonna go places in life.

Ordered the crispy chicken original deluxe and I wish I could upload a photo. Just a very small piece of chicken and 2 pickles. No lettuce, tomato or mayo. The pice of chicken was the size of a big nugget. Not even a tender size. I think I paid about $5 for this sandwhich.

I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in recent history that hasn’t been slow, but this one was faster than others. I also do food deliveries, so I have experience with most of the ones in the area. I ate a burger at this one 2 days ago, and it was delicious–fresh, hot, the meat was appropriately thick and fit the whole bun, and it had all the right toppings in the right amounts. In my experience, going to McDonald’s at off-peak times is when you get the best quality.
