“MANAGER” is rude and should be “FIRED”. I placed a pick up order on the app, and paid online , and my wife went to pick it up with the code , and the Manager argued with her that my phone needed to be there when we always do pick up orders this way and never had a problem before this poor excuse of a manager. Even online it says the person picking it up just needs the code , now I have to call corporate for my money back. Ridiculous.

Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes with nobody even saying as much as a hello Finally a kid walked in from outside and stood there staring at me without saying a word. When I spoke to a manager she was snippy and rude. Said if I didn’t like the service I should have used the kiosk. When I ask for a district manager I was told to call ft meyers and hung up on. While they have two drive-thru lanes, I often have to wait at the intercom for a long time before anyone responds. Additionally, there are times when one lane is served quickly while I’m left waiting. It can be a bit frustrating, but the food is consistent.

This McDonald’s is not open 24 hrs. I love how the staff was closing up, hanging out in the parking lot, chatting it up, while I sat in a fully lit up drive-through for 5 minutes before yelling at me from one of their cars, “sorry hun, we’re closed.” The restaurant was fully lit up inside as well as outside. I sure hope travelers on I-75 don’t get off the interstate for this “open 24 hours” Mcdonald’s…. just to take a 2-mile drive down the road to a closed restaurant. This restaurant should be reported.

Not only was my order extremely wrong, when they finally got it right my daughter (6) was eating her big breakfast and started choking on a long curly hair. I don’t understand why people In food service are not wearing hair nets. This location is lucky that I don’t contact my lawyer. Do better!

Not usually one to complain about fast food, but this McDonald’s has really gone downhill. My burger was soaked in Big Mac sauce, had only half a pickle, and my two medium fries were actually smalls. Just disappointing to see how low the quality has gotten — easy way to lose business!

I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken big mac with no pickles. I received a regular big mac but didn’t notice until I was home. The ticket on the food was labeled correctly as a chicken big mac. I attempted to call the McDonalds and Archwell Management multiple times with no answer, so basically I have to drive back to get my order fixed, which is ridiculous.

I just ordered my first of the beloved Snack Wraps. Yuck!!! 3 tiny pieces of lettuce, hot. Ranch, hot. Cheese, melted. Chicken, sliver 1/2 inch wide. Isn’t this supposed to be cold except for the chicken??? This came straight out of the burrito warming drawer. Nasty!!!

Not sure what is up with their night crew…placed my order, went and paid. Was asked if I needed a receipt, I figured I didn’t. Went to get my food. They asked what I got. I told them. They started yelling at each other, then asking for my receipt. I said I didn’t have one, but I could show them the charge on my Apple Pay from a minute ago from McDonald’s. They started yelling saying I forgot what I got.. what’s more likely? I forgot, or someone didn’t put it in correctly? The nice younger lady said she took my order, and what I’m saying is exactly what she took, I did not forget. They just kept saying “well it’s weird you don’t have a receipt.” Like I snuck in this McDonald’s line and stole a cheeseburger and medium fry. Lmao. I kept offering to show my Apple Pay charge from a minute ago. I’m not sure what’s going on, but accusing me of stealing when I have proof of payment, and saying I forgot what I got a minute ago is just terrible customer service. This was an embarrassing night for this crew. Just admit you made a mistake. It’s okay.
