No refill station for soda. Filthy tables and chairs. Had to practically beg for napkins and ketchup, management must dock employees if they give away condiments, that is the only explanation I can come up with why employees are so resistant to handing them out. Husband stood at counter to order food for 5 minutes while staff just ignored him.

My brother ordered us food as per normal via the mobile app. We waited around 20 minutes for our food. Ut was not busy. We could see our bag with outr order number sitting in the kitchen, and it remained there for a bit. When we finally got the attention of staff, the woman looked at us weird and said “we were calling you”. They were not. We were in the restaurant the entire time, by the counter. They forgot about our order and couldn’t even admit it.

20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order ( me and my 2 kids ).
There are at least 8 employees that just stare at u and never come to even say hi or ask you for a few minutes.
I dont know who manages this place, but you really need to step up your game, this place is horrible.

Third time coming here to the same exact location playground still closed. The ice cream menu is non existent so no ice cream for my little ones today or playground. In my right mind I would not recommend this fast food restaurant and would suggest going to the Wendy’s across which will at least have cones and a better tasting menu.

Depending on the manager they may charge you for sauces and water even when you order a meal. I went the other night and I guess he is a new manager but he put my large drink for my meal on a happy meal and put my chocolate milk on a regular meal. So I was charged 2 dollars more. Then tried to argue with me about what he did. I don’t know how he even did that.

Lady had a bad attitude. We asked for mayonnaise for our sandwiches and she handed us mustard. My friend drove out without looking in his hand so we had to drive back through the drive through. I then checked our bag, to make sure everything else was correct and of course there was no napkins. Then we went to the window and had to ask her for those items again.

Have a sign that states, “Help us keep everyone safe!” I dont expect much from McDonald’s… lot’s of nasty people don’t wash their hands after doing their business…but if there is 0 zip nada NO SOAP in the men’s bathroom!? No one can wash their hands. Everyone is NASTY. Come on! How are people who work there or dine/pick up food supposed to stay sanitary? Disgusting!!! Have a manager run to the dollar store and buy cheap soap at least until the wall mounted soap dispensers are replaced. I had to wash my hands with hand sanitizer. Ridiculous.
