This place is facing apart fast, they’re extremely understaffed. The drive through is out of the parking lot, menu’s are all broken, the seats are torn, theirs trash all over the lobby… It’s really bad, even for McDonald’s..

I tried the new double quarter pounder with jalapeños and questions cheese. It was fantastic! Everything was fast and fresh tasting. I went inside to use the kiosk to order and got my drink, sat down at my table, and the food was already done. Great job, team!

Can I honestly stupidity. Got my oatmeal through the drive through missing the cranberry raisins and no cream only water. Went back and the drive through person says we don’t have condiments? Look in the bag we don’t have them. Ok lady get me the manager another 5-10 minutes and the manager apologized. Got to the second window because they remade my oatmeal, gave me my oatmeal then asked us to go to park 1. Another 10 minutes oh and low and behold the diced apples, and the raisin mix.

NEVER gets orders right and ALWAYS forgets about 2 or 3 meals, gives us food we didn’t order to replace the item we needed. Which we didn’t want, and wouldn’t give a refund, even worst with Uber and I know it’s not the Uber drivers fault. Used my points a few times for chicken nuggets, large frappe, and few times a kids meal, took my points but never got my children’s food. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever went too. They never get my order right and always smash my burger. I ask for extra mayo they give me none, I ask for extra pickles they give me one. I ask for no mayo I get extra like come on guys I swear you’re just doing the exact opposite of what the order says.

Just wasted 10 minutes of my life waiting in the drive-through lane only to get up to the speaker to order and then nothing. Not even so much as a peep from the person inside. Sat and watched while 5 cars in the other lane got waited on one right after the other, no one responded to the outside lane. The vehicle ahead of mine ordered but must have fallen off the face of the earth when I pulled up. Its 9:30 on a Friday morning, why would you leave a section unmanned during breakfast rush? Went through the drive thru, they just stood around talking while 10 orders say on a tray by the window, they kept just staring at me then walking off. After about 15mins they went to give me my order but forgot something in it so I had to wait even longer. The bag they had picked up with my order had been sitting on that tray by the window.

On 06-11-2023 @ 2:20 pm, It took us 45 minutes to get our food. I asked the young at the front counter what is the manager’s name. She didn’t know who was the MOD and had to ask someone. His name is Emanuel from what I gathered. These employees need direction. This is definitely a manager problem. No sense of urgency from anyone. Everyone seemed like a deer in the headlights. The bathrooms, drink station & tables were a mess. The trash can was over filling. The manager needs to step it up and be a leader and give employees direction.
