I’ll be honest, when I pull up to the McDonald’s drive-thru, my expectations are generally pretty low—you just want your order correct and relatively fast. However, this location completely exceeded those modest hopes!
The team here was incredibly quick and efficient getting me through the line. Even better, everything was correct, which can sometimes be a rarity at busy fast-food spots. What really stood out, though, was the food quality. My meal was clearly cooked fresh, tasting hot and not like it had been sitting under a heat lamp.
To top it all off, the staff at the window was genuinely kind and friendly. It’s great to see a busy fast-food drive-thru nailing the basics with speed and accuracy while still offering excellent customer service. Well done!

Went there this morning to get a sausage egg and cheese bagel meal.
Got the meal was missing the hash brown.
Went inside asked for a new hash brown to complete the meal they didn’t understand me.
They gave me a new Bagel sandwich
when I got in the car driving down the road it was the wrong bagel.
Went back a third time asked if I could get a sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich like original order original receipt.
They remade it but I never got the hash brown.
I’m not going back and forth time for one breakfast.
Shoot they already remade my bagel three times two of them had bacon on it but still no hash brown so I’m so glad that I paid basically 10 bucks and no one really saying sorry or let me buy you a meal or anything customer service needs to somehow get improved there I’m sorry there’s a language barrier between Spanish and English but however you must understand what the guess are ordering simple
Would be nice to have someone contact me please. Just would like what I paid for.

First off they sent uber driver with all wrong food. (Not drivers problem). The food sat in McDonald’s for an hour before letting driver know to pick up. Soggy disgusting old and cold fries. The nuggets tasted umpteen hours old and also cold. No ice in either sodas. Missing an entire nugget meal. One order of fries was to be no salt due to allergies. I bagged it back up and drove it to the drive thru. Short Hispanic looking guy came to window. Took his time. Very nonchalant n careless acting. Tried arguing with me. Handed him my receipt and demanded it to be fixed. We’re hungry and tired. Besides how professional is it of you to stand they’re calling the customer a liar?! Rude and unprofessional all levels! Shoved food at us and shut the window. No apology whatsoever. You don’t belong in customer service bro.

I going frequently in there it’s my second time I meet a good employee. Today I see acting fast, nice, excellent in all by the way such smile. Transmitted a beautiful energy. Im done going to McDonald’s the food has been getting considerably worse with every visit its like they have changed vendors & the burgers aren’t good anymore not that they were all that great to begin with, and why are there never any apple pies? No matter what time of day it is, early or late, they never have them at this location & they are constantly offering some other pie or cookies but never have the hot apple pies. I suspect they just don’t want to make them because its ridiculous that they are ALWAYS out. Im giving one star because while my service hasn’t been that bad, the food has, especially lately. Goodbye McDonald’s I can get burgers (that will be better, anywhere) & since you never have apple pies there is no reason to stop & spend money here, but its not like you will notice Because your a big chain that obviously doesn’t care about quality. The fact that their only response is to tell you to visit their website/link just proves that point.

Horrible what just happened!! A older gentleman let’s say 80 or older ordered a big breakfast with bacon no sausage!!!he is trying to explain to the manager who’s not being nice at all but finally she irdered the bacon he was waiting 20 minutes. She literally tosses the bag to him no apology no explanation nothing!! She didn’t even look at him!!! HORRIBLE And I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for a very small order.

I ordered two big Macs with no modifications to it and they both came with no lettuce on it. I tried to call the store back and no one picked up. I called back four times and no one still picked up. It just rings.

I know it’s McDonalds but this is new even for them. We ordered a McCrispy and got no dressing, no tomato, no lettuce etc. It had the chicken and then 1 and 1/2 pickles? we also ordered a BigMac and man oh man were the patties DISGUSTING like look at them?? We had two cones they were literally two bites of these look at the site compare the size of the cone and the ice cream to my thumb… The drink is not tea. Supposed to be diet Dr pepper… For $7 we got about $2 worth of food and drink def not coming back to this store. When I asked him if he could replace the drink with one that hadn’t been standing around since the last person he said no that’s fresh. I asked him if they thought about putting syrup in the machine he said no. Definitely not our favorite store we used to like it because the ice cream was good but now they give you such a small amount that it’s not worth it no ice cream is worth $30 a half gallon. No one will return if it keeps up they will lose this store due to poor svc and food quality.
