I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and an apple pie.
They FORGOT the apple pie and chicken sandwich was so gross I could not swallow the 2 bites I tried! A flat, pressed, burned chicken patty that tasted like old fish! It was so gross! Even the bun was burned! This is the worse food I have ever received in my 57 years and they forgot 1/2 my order!

I was here at 7/12 7:10 am, ordering breakfast when the drive thru lady spoke in spanish insulting and berating my family. Not knowing i speak it. Shes 5’2 , hispanic ,long brown hair, mid 40s maybe 30s. Blue and white stripped shirt. She needs to be fired if I’m to come here again. I hope Corporate comes through. Also my oatmeal doesn’t have fruit.

Me and my wife had placed the mobile order to be picked up received a message that it was ready to be picked up was in the drive-through. The person on the intercom answered us and when we went to go give them our code they ignored us so we parked went inside. They had the front door locked and their gate on the side shut to where you couldn’t enter the restaurant part of the McDonald’s so I had to yell through the gate that I was there for my pick up order and she told me that I would have to go through the drive-through me and my wife explain that we tried but got ignored and she proceeded to let our food sit on the counter while she helped other customers and she’s supposed to be the nighttime manager I think McDonald’s needs to better train their managers overall, this has been my worst experience with McDonald’s. My food was cold by the time we received it. Unacceptable.

Nice location for food that we rarely eat. On vacation, my wife wanted some fries. They were exceptionally tasty and the staff very helpful. This is an Hispanic convenience store and McDonald’s combined so the dining area is a little small but adequate. We would certainly eat here again if in the same situation.
