I had to make a very long 4 hour drive back home to Tampa Bay after my flight got canceled home. I found this place off an exit late at night. At first, I was skeptical because they share a building with Circle K, but when I tell you the food was great! Even late at night, my burger was hot, fries fresh, hot and salted out of the fryer, and coke was crispy. This woke me up and helped power my drive back home. Thank you!

Went in to pickup a mobile order, I stand there for 10 minutes while a woman just keeps putting her finger up for me to wait, she finally comes up to the register and said, “it’s drive thru only right now”…so I told her I had a mobile order because (I already had to go in to pay for gas) and she immediately turns her back and says “oh my god” with an attitude. I honestly don’t understand why have a customer service job if you don’t have any patience or skills to be in customer service. It’s employees that ruin businesses. Also, one of the coffees I ordered was supposed to be sugar free, and I watched her use the same sugar for another coffee I ordered, so I asked to make sure it was sugar free and she said, “uhm no it’s not what’s it matter”…are you serious?? You could literally kill someone.

I got a large fry but it wasn’t even full to the top like it should be. I paid for a large and got a medium. I got a quarter pounder meal which was part of monopoly and didn’t even get the monopoly stickers which was pretty disappointing since I only need one more to get the prize. Lady was being rude and wasn’t doing much to help customers. Another day I sent my S/O to pick up my mobile order and the man who I think was a manager wouldn’t let him pick up my food without my phone. Even though I sent screenshots of my email receipt, or the receipt on the app. Also made a huge deal over it saying “the mobile order was supposed to be picked up at the window” which it definitely was set to be picked up at the counter like I always do. This location sucks.

This location is nasty. The girl with the long braids down to her butt had one of her braids over her shoulder getting into all of the food she was touching. The girl who handed me my food made the wrong order and put a chicken wrap instead of chicken nuggets. She realized her mistake and fixed it but then took her nasty glove free hands into the bottom of my bag touching all of my fries to get back the food she incorrectly put in there. I told her that was gross and I would get out what she needed. I walked out and threw all of the food away.

Drive through was so long food was absolutely disgusting it looked liked it was reheated over and over I wouldn’t even give it to my dog that’s how disgusting it was I didn’t even want my kids eating there happy meals. Will never be back plus customer service is terrible here. $27 dollars down the drain

Food was terrible. I wasted $28 down the drain. It was like my burger was warmed up over and over again. I will never be back to another McDonald’s ever. I think it’s disgusting how my burger tasted when I get into it. I didn’t even want my kids eating their happy meal that’s how disgusting the food looked.

Staff took about 15 minutes to handle the order they served people that inside the store after I had order. Didn’t like that I had people waiting for me at some other place and because of that I got to the place late.

Mobile ordered and was sitting inside waiting for my name to be called. After 5 minutes I flagged someone down and asked and he very rudely told me he had called my name. Another customer told me he had been there since before me and my name had not been called. I also did not get the drink I asked for, they gave me watered down sweet tea when I asked for Dr Pepper. Lying to your customers isn’t a great look.

I’d give it no stars if I could. 20 min wait times, just too busy for a small for a gas station. Waited almost half an hour this morning before they started making mine. I just told them to cancel it and I walked out. Never going again. Also had a rat infestation a couple years back.

very disrespectful people, couldn’t understand the language, the manager whom ever it was, shouted at me saying I was hollering when I was only trying to let her hear and understand me. I pulled off….before that I went in to pay for my gas and wasn’t greeted well, the person wasn’t at the register when I arrived. It was a total mess
