Always dirty inside, have to clean your own table to be able to eat. Orders always wrong too. Must save a lot of money not giving people everything they order. Brilliant strategy to show profits. What’s the point of the table number if they just leave your food up by the register ? This place sucks

If there were a Hall of Fame for McDonald’s employees, Lance on Davis Blvd would be inducted on Day One. Seriously — this man is the heartbeat of that location. Every single time I walk in or pull through, he’s upbeat, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell he takes pride in his job, and it shows in every interaction.
He remembers faces, he delivers service with actual joy (rare these days!), and he somehow manages to make even a quick coffee stop feel like a bright spot in my day. The drive-thru is smoother when he’s there. The energy is better when he’s there. Honestly, the entire place runs on “Lance Mode.”
McDonald’s needs to clone him. Promote him. Protect him at all costs. He is, hands down, the best employee I’ve ever encountered at ANY McDonald’s — and I’ve been to plenty.
Five stars isn’t enough. Lance deserves a constellation.

Not gonna lie this was the worst experience I’ve had. I understand you’re busy but at the same time how hard is it to read a screen and make sure all the food is in the bag. Had to waste gas to get the rest of my food and had to wait a while for someone to help me. Plenty of employees saw me and didn’t seem to care. If anyone wants an easy lawsuit just know they don’t use wet floor signs when they should. Hate sounding like a Karen but come on one of the easiest jobs out there and still can’t do it. Come on.

It appears that all of the focus of this store is for the drive thru, thus neglecting the patrons that come inside to eat. My oder took about 30 minutes to get. Other inside orders we also taking longer and being messed up. While the drive thru was flying through. I hope the customers in the drive though did have a lot of mistakes. We have no intentions of returning here.

This has to be the worst mcdonalds! Every time I go the sandwiches are made wrong or taste like bad. Fries and nuggets are always soggy and never fresh. I typically don’t leave reviews but this is a bottom barrel McDonald’s. Just because it’s fast food doesn’t mean the employees shouldn’t care. I’ve never had a positive experience here.

One of the worst McDonald’s experiences ever. Rude staff. Ordered food at the kiosk and clicked pay cashier. They never made the order. Waited for a staff member to come to the front. All she said was “I’ll be there in a second, in a rude tone and never came back. We waited 15 minutes and left.

We ordered 4 spicy Dlx McCrsp. I’m surprised that all got burned and oily. I checked with the person, and he is arguing that it’s fresh. I told him to check one more time and he came with the new item. Later, I showed him the difference between previous and fresh burgers. Then he looked convinced, but we ended up with 1 fresh burger instead of 4. It’s Macdonalds.. Everyone knows how it should be :). These youngsters have more attitude and ego to talk to the customers. They need to have more training sessions and patience. Hope they understand

Ordered a large 2 cheeseburger meal & #3 meal, missing fries for the number 3 meal and one cheeseburger missing from my now downgraded medium meal. Had to go through the drive again and pay for the second cheesburger in the meal, absolute diaster! Time for a new manager!!! This wasn’t just my event but the car in front of me missing something too. They also need to know what half mass is on the flag pole! THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!!

It’s a great location to see the ocean and eat a meal! Fairly busy with locals having coffee and visiting, families with kids grabbing a quick bite, and tourists in a hurry to order and run! We ordered on the kiosk and figured it’d save time since we couldn’t decipher the conversation from the employee as the order was being discussed! The ¼ pounder came out wrong, and he didn’t understand how it was wrong! The employee who made the sandwich came forth from the kitchen, took it, and corrected it! The French Fries weren’t fried long enough and were soft and mushy!!! You have to pay for water, so don’t be shocked! We preferred the drive thru, and it worked perfectly! That’s our overall suggestion!
