I like to do mobile ordering from this location when I have that fast food craving. The mobile pick up order wait time is minimal and the food is almost always perfect to order and fresh. Definitely a go to for a quick junk food run. The cheese burgers are made fresh and always taste good unlike at some places where it is just bland. The nuggets from this location are always crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The staff that bring out the food are usually really nice also.

Service definitely needs to get better, I had to have my boyfriend go in twice to go get our food. This is our second time at this McDonald’s for breakfast and we waited very long at reserve drive-through number two. Service needs to get better

We had apps and drinks on this visit but have eaten here before. The Monkey Bar offers tasty meals and a fair price. The drinks were delicious and our server was awesome! Karaoke fun had people dancing. Very lively!

Took 20 minutes to get our order. When we finally got it, the pancakes were cold, the biscuit was old, and the eggs were not the quality you get in other McDonald’s. The rest of the order was wrong but they did correct it quickly. During our stay they continuously flooded all the floors while mopping and left standing water for customers to try to walk through. This went on the entire time we were there. We will drive past this McDonald’s and go to the one on Hancock Bridge in the future.

I ordered inside and waited 35+ minutes and never received my food. I asked for a refund and was given a refund without any apology or explanation as to why my order was never fulfilled. Johnathon and Harrison were the managers and they just didn’t care about the mess. There was orders dropped on the floor, food all over the floor, just a mess and no service. This isn’t my first bad experience here, at this point i’m not even surprised, it’s become the expectation at this point.

I eat fast food probably 2 times a year. I was starving and let my gaird down. I had to wait almost 10 mins for a small order, but figured it would atleast be fresh. Total disappointment and ended up throwing most of it away. Nuggets were hard like they were double deep fried after sitting too long. The Big Mac was dry and bun was so old it fell apart just touching it. McDonald’s is a joke the meat is paper thin and smaller than the bun. What a waste of $20

It was terrible. The fries were barely warm and the mccrispie was burnt. The bun was also burnt. The pic showed the sandwich with tomatoes and lettuce, not there.I couldn’t eat it.

Placed an order not knowing breakfast was already being served. I decided i didn’t want any breakfast items and cancelled the order and was not refunded. The staff claimed the order was already started but how was a menu item started that they weren’t serving? Do not go here!
