Ordered at the drive thru Big Mac meal medium with bottled water. Specifically asked for fries cooked to ordered. Pulled up to window waited 5 minutes and then was parked another 7 min to be handed undercooked soggy microwaved fries. Spoke to the manager for refund on whole order and asked what was going on and she blasted out that the fries were cooked right and slammed the window on me. I guess you cook your fries in the microwave. No worries I will down to the Burger King where I know they don’t microwave and they don’t have attitude.

This was my favorite location until tonight. The picture really doesn’t do this justice. There was so much hair in my fries. It looks like the hair was salted on the fries. Not just one little strand which i would understand accidents happen, hair falls, i get it. This was like a someone ripped out their hair and added it as seasoning or the fries fell on the floor and scooped up hair. Not to mention this fry came out of a kids meal. Thankfully it was for me and not a child because that is so unbelievably disgusting.

When trying to pick up a door dash order for clients I had to wait in the drive threw.
I arrived at 1254am and didn’t get the other until 142am!!
And the manager told a different doordasher that you have to wait in the drive threw like everyone else! He’s a white guy, had a blue shirt on and a black beard.
Both drive threw lanes are almost all other dashers
They need to address these concerns. Either bring out doordash orders or walk up to windows needs to be allowed or something!!!

This location sucks. The line was wrapped around the building. At the first window the girl tells me my cards not working because it’s a slide card not a tap (wow) after I informed her it has to slide it’s not tap I make it to the second window where they tell me they’re pulling me to a parking spot for my FRAPACCINO and also YELL to the other workers that they’re parking a frappe at the window. I proceed to wait and have 2 other cars food brought out to them and then leave then the lady asks me what I’m waiting on and I tell her I’m just waiting on a single frappe so she goes back to the store then comes back and asks for my receipt. I then give it to her and she goes back to the store and after what seemed like some argument at the window with the lady that pulled me they proceed to bring me a melted frappe that’s clearly been sitting there for almost 10 minutes maybe 15. Delicious, wonderful customer service, superb, I will NOT be coming back.

Had one bad experience in like 10 years coming here and when I left a comment in the app I got called the next day to make it right.

Garbage store, one you order and the whole staff but two cooks are standing next to drive through window ignoring the register and they looked at me a few times. Then finally one chick took my order. They then proceeded to stand around again while one mopped and one cooled. Then some old guy pulled in and decided to park on top of the handicap walkway and sidewalk so his car is sitting sideways. The customer atmosphere was good though about only time

If you want a late night snack or just got off work and it’s super late at night and hungry go on ahead and SKIP this McDonald’s. From the long wait due to short staffed at nights to food quality just poor makes me never want to come back here again. How do I have burnt piece on a apple pie. How does a chicken sandwich get rubbery before eating it at their parking lot. Why is there a long wait and yet the French fries are either soggy or flat out refried to a crisp. Also how is it I bought a deluxe chicken sandwich and it came in a fillet fish box ,but Go ahead and just pull that sandwich meat from the fridge and make yourself a sandwich before you gotta pay 8 bucks for one meal ( unless you use the mobile app ) and be disappointed!
