Ordered through the Drive Thru and ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel with NO EGG! I am highly allergic to eggs, even told the chick through the speaker that I was allergic. They took off the folded egg and replaced it with a ROUND EGG!! What part of allergic do they not understand! If my husband didn’t look at the sandwich before giving it to me, I would have had to use my Epi Pen and gone to the hospital. These workers need to listen to their customers especially those with food allergies.

My name is Brittany Scherer. I placed a Mobile order on the app that we are always pressured to use. When my husband went and picked up the order with my son he waited for 30 mins. My husband finally asked the employee where his order was, we opted into the pick up inside option. The employee stated the order never processed my card and he would need to make payment. He then called me and I confirmed my debit card was charged (I have the screenshot on my banking app). I called up to McDonalds at 3232 Tamiami Trl Port Charlotte FL and spoke with who she said was the manager her name was T, and she said the same thing to me as she did my husband. I was at home sick and sent my husband and child to go pick up dinner. I was rudely told I would need to reorder my food and wait for a refund. My husband had the app on his phone which said order paid, I also have a screenshot of this. I then asked T to help me cancel my order since she said I had to do this on my app, and she huffed and became rude as if I was bothering her. She was extremely disrespectful and did not care what the app said or the fact I was literally charged. This was a horrible experience. McDonalds is one of our go to places for fast food, but after we were treated to terribly I think well go to Wendys. I was finally able to cancel my order from the app and I was told I would get a refund between 1-7 business days, which I have a screenshot of this too! I didn’t have a small order, its for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, so now I have to wait for my refund, and figure out dinner. Thanks McDonalds!

This is the nicest McDonalds I have ever been to. Every single employee interaction is friendly and helpful and they actually go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They truly go above and beyond what I’ve ever expected from a fast good restaurant.

My burger had a rat tail in it but tasted fine.My fries weren’t salty enough.
But the water was so creamy and fresh.
The atmosphere was amazing so many vibrant colors and only a little dust on the floor. 1 star

No pup cups. This is the only McDonalds and place other than Burger King in North Port that doesn’t do pup cups. Also the last time we went we waited over 20 minutes for a simple order and it was messed up. Lots of issues at this location. This McDonalds used to be so good, what happened? We won’t be back because no pup cup no business. We ride for our dogs.

Hello, I’m an Uber Eats driver and I want to report an incident that occurred at your location around 1:00 PM. I encountered a very disrespectful and unprofessional experience with one of your employees. She was a white woman with purple and black box braids, and on this day she was the only person wearing a red shirt, so I believe she may have been a manager.
When I pulled up to the drive-thru to pick up an Uber Eats order, no one greeted me. I said “hello” twice before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they said “one moment,” but it was unclear at first, so I stated that I was picking up an order. They repeated “one moment,” so I waited patiently. There were no cars behind me and no customers waiting around the building.
When the employee finally came back to the speaker, they asked how they could help. I explained I was picking up an Uber Eats order. They then asked what type of order it was—DoorDash, Uber Eats, mobile, etc.—and I confirmed it was Uber Eats. I also mentioned I had a quick question about something on the menu.
At this point, the employee became extremely rude. They told me, “There’s no time for questions. You’re delivering for someone, you’re wasting their time. You need to hurry up and deliver the food and come back later if you want to order something.” I told them it was just a simple menu question and that the delivery was on time, but they insisted I was not allowed to ask anything and needed to leave immediately.
After this, I noticed other delivery drivers standing at a side window on the building, so I went there as well. When an employee came to that window and handed me the order, I asked for the name of the person who spoke to me through the drive-thru and whether she was a manager. The employee refused to provide her name. I asked more than five times, and each time he refused, saying he would not “deal with this.” He even threatened to take the order back if I didn’t stop asking for the manager’s name.
This interaction was completely unprofessional, unnecessary, and disrespectful. Even as a delivery driver, I should still be treated with basic courtesy, especially when the drive-thru was empty and I was simply trying to clarify something about the menu.
I wanted to make McDonald’s aware of this situation so it can be addressed.

We have given this location so many chances as it’s our most convenient location and will no longer be visiting.
They always forget atleast 1 food item, never give us the sauce that we are charged for and the fries are ALWAYS cold after just being handed to us. I’ve never complained and always just gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I just had the worse experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s or even fast food establishment in general. I came to this location on December 25th at roughly 6pm with my family of 6. An employee called out an order number and I didn’t hear the number that was called out so I politely asked him (an older bald gentleman) what number he said and he replied saying “oh did you forget to ask Santa for a brain?” I replied saying “excuse me? I was just asking if that’s number 35” and he replied saying “oh is that your IQ?”. I figured he’s just miserable he has to work on Christmas and was taking it out on me and my family so we left it alone and went to sit down and eat. He then immediately came up to my family while we were eating and said “want an extra bag for his head so you don’t have to stare at his face?”. Once again, we just ignored him and kept eating and he eventually walked away. Then while I was filling up my drink, he comes right up behind me and starts yelling in my ear “bubbles, bubbles, bubbles”. These comments and actions from this employee are completely unacceptable. My family was nothing but kind and polite to him even after the constant nasty comments and nagging. It made us so uncomfortable we ate as fast as possible and left. To top it off, I found a hair in my food. I don’t think I’ve ever had service this bad anywhere. Avoid this location.

This is the last time I will ever visit this location, which is unfortunate because it’s the only 24-hour option in the area. The service here is consistently slow, but this experience was beyond frustrating.
I sat in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes with no one responding at the speaker. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. I finally had to call the restaurant just to find out what was going on, and the only explanation I was given was that there were “only two people working.”
If this location cannot properly staff a restaurant that is clearly busy, especially during overnight hours, then it shouldn’t advertise itself as 24 hours. Customers should not have to sit indefinitely with no communication and no way to cancel an order without risking being late for work.
It’s unacceptable to lose time and money because of poor staffing and lack of management. Fast food should not mean slow service with zero communication.
Extremely disappointing.
