First of all the amount of time it takes them to prepare my order is insane. Most of the times my food isn’t cooked properly. My chicken nuggets will be so raw and my fries are just like not how they used to be. I used to go to any McDonald’s and they would treat me better but since I’ve been going to this McDonald’s I feel like I’m been going to a dumpster. 1 hour and a half to pick up my order! What nonsense is this.

I want to take a moment to recognize an amazing McDonald’s associate Tiffany who truly went above and beyond. Their kindness, patience, and positive attitude made my entire visit so much better. They took the time to make sure everything was correct and did it all with a genuine smile. Customer service like this is rare and deserves to be celebrated. The manager working on 3/2 at 6:41 pm seriously needs to be trained on how to manage situations on site. A manager should not make a customer make a huge drive through line again to pay for fries when they messed up the order. That was crazy to me. I offered to pay at the current window and she said she could not charge me at that window.i ca understand that but then she should have made it right considering that the lines were long. This is the only MC Donald’s that can never get an order correct.

Their manager is extremely rude she was leaving for the day but stopped on her way out as I was talking to an employee and told me the milkshakes there are watery thats just how they are because I paid $5 for pretty much chocolate milk then just walked out was out in the parking lot screaming on her phone at someone. Also told the other manager he couldnt help me when the machine messed up and lost the code I entered and I couldnt use it for 15mins.. this place is a mess and now I understand why after seeing the management!!

Horrible service!!! The manager Brandon, and crew member ADA is super rude and started cursing at my friend and said that my friend was a “smart ass”. We were trying to figure out why are they charging for sauce when we didn’t even receive sauce in our bag when in every McDonald’s I’ve been to, they have given the first sauce for free. So I’m really hoping these two get fired because I will be making complaints about this and call every source to help me get them fired because I have never been so disrespected in my life. So thank you and hopefully there is consequences McDonalds will give these two.

This McDonald’s has the most awful experience imaginable. Every time I go there for my takeout order, it’s always something different; they never follow instructions. If I ask for no salt or swap the apple in the kids’ meal for fries, they ignore it. Not to mention the excessive wait times, and on top of that, the worst frappe you can try—basically a very watery milkshake that’s closer to a cold latte than a mocha frappe. In other words, I only go to this place because there are no other options in the area. And the atmosphere is so bad that you don’t want to sit down.

The establishment has deteriorated significantly, and the management’s performance is subpar. During an attempt to place an order the DoorDash window is chaos the order was not complete on time . Furthermore, the manager engaged in inappropriate behavior by arguing with a customer and placing her hands in my son’s child’s bag. Despite informing her that we had placed two separate orders for chicken nuggets, she persisted in arguing only about two sauces. This situation escalated to the point where I informed her that we would cover the additional cost if the issue persists. The establishment has undergone a complete transformation, and English proficiency has become a rare commodity.

I recently visited this McDonalds and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. No one greeted me, and when I finally got to the counter, the employee barely acknowledged me and spoke in a rude tone. My order was taken incorrectly, (they forgot multiple items) and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, the staff member acted annoyed as if it was an inconvenience, and claimed as if I didn’t pay for the items forgotten. The worst employee was the big guy in a blazer at the front. Horrible experience
