630am morning crew can be SO SLOW! And RUDE! I doordash and eat out of here, and this one gal at the counter says she’s been around 15 years, and ACTS like it…. Like nobody’s gonna fire her or ask her to do anything with some urgency. I said, “Do you have the $5….”and she interrupted and said, “No.” I guess she thought that was cute. Or funny. I didn’t, which is why they’re getting this review and why I left and went to Burger King.
Oh, and they wait until the store is open and busy to spray down walkways every morning. So, business people are having to walk through water or jump puddles full of chemicals in order to enter the store.

What is up with the window works they always have the nastiest attitudes & don’t even greet people! Specially that one man with glasses and beard super disrespectful. They close the window in your face with out even letting you ask for ketchup. It’s not anyone’s fault they work here. You should treat people with respect in any job

We only went through the drive thru, however the gentleman in the pickup window, automatically had a big smile on his face, as he spread excitement and positivity to our morning, He said Happy Birthday to our little man and told us to have a safe trip. To have an employee who makes you want to come back no matter the drive is worth recognizing! He set the tone for breakfast and our day! We didn’t get his name however it was today, Sunday September 14th at 615 am. We live in Lehigh and go through Immokalee plenty of times on trips. We have never stopped at their McDonalds and had a memorable moment, or fresh well done eye catching drinks or fresh sandwiches! No one has set the mood for one our trips the way he did! Thank you sir for adding the extra to our day!
