Most concerning is the repeated false representation of operating hours. The location advertises itself as open 24/7, yet it routinely closes without notice and at its own discretion. This is misleading to customers and reflects a serious failure in management oversight and accountability.
The ongoing lack of professionalism, combined with unreliable hours and poor service, raises significant concerns about how this establishment is being operated. It is unacceptable for customers to waste time and resources based on inaccurate public information.
This matter will be escalated to corporate for formal review. Immediate corrective action is warranted to address these recurring issues and restore basic operational standards.

Placed a mobile drink order, my children decided they did not want the milk – once I went inside to pickup it up, I asked if they would be able to return the milks since they were no longer wanted, manager become extremely irritated by the basic request. When the register become available for her to provide the refund, she threw the money in my hand so hard that the coins fell to the ground, which I had to bend over to pick up. She did not apologize at all for her rudeness, and when I asked her if she was upset by the refund request, she did not even turn around and respond. I asked another employee if she was the manager, and that employee wouldn’t confirm and stated that she has no idea who I spoke to, when she was in the same room as the interaction. Zero stars – will definitely not be back, terrible service from management occurred on 11/29 1:19pm

I was eating at this McDonald’s today and noticed that one of the employees, Dustin, was being overwhelmed with way too much work. It looked like he was being asked to do everything at once and it didn’t seem fair. No one should be treated that way—it comes across as really cruel. I hope management can do better to support their staff.

I came here for breakfast. Ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit meal with an iced macchiato.

The sandwich was perfect. Loved it, and the biscuit was nice and flaky. The hash browns tasted like old grease or something. I was burping them up later.

The macchiato was good, but I wish it was a little stronger or something. Didn’t wake me up. I liked the taste though.

The customer service was great, they greeted me politely. It took a little while to get my food, about 5 minutes with 1 person in front of me. How good the sandwich was though, I’ll chalk it up to they were probably making it fresh.

Your service sucks. U need to have managers on the weekends too. You have 2 lines drive through and only can work one at a time?? So if one driver is taking their sweet time ordering i have to wait? Thats why the mcdonalds by 75 is crushing this mcdonald and the other dump on 41 san carlos park. You should visit this mcdonald on i-75 alico rd and learn from them what top notch service is all about.

Worst experience i’ve ever had. Today (4/6/2025 9:30pm) I ordered online through the app, I arrived about 15 minutes later and they told me they could not find my code. They told me in the drive through after making me sit for almost 15 minutes and a line forming behind me they could not help me, so I went inside. When I went inside I was greeted by a cashier named Jesse who is the only person I have anything positive to say about, he directed me to the manager who first pretended to not be the manager by saying she was in the back busy until I said I needed to speak to her urgently and then she admitted her position. After proving my order to her with address, online app, bank, email recipients, and the code that was still visible on my screen she continued to say she could not help me and said I would have to re-order my food and pay again or leave, when I tried to respond she walked away from me in the middle of my sentence. When I received food finally my nuggets were not warm and tasted as if they had been sitting under a heater for minutes along with my fries being cold.

Came 5 in the morning to get some coffee and decided to get an egg mcmuffin. Only had one customer before me. The mcmuffin had stale bun and it was not even warm. I expected hot maybe even warm but the food was like as if it had been sitting there for an hour somehow.
