I hate to say it, but this is probably one of the worst McDonald’s in Lee County. The sandwich I got at lunch was the new golden crispy chicken sandwich and it was dang near fried to be as hard as a cinder block. Called and spoke to the manager, who Definitely could’ve had much better customer service. I went back at 8:30 tonight to get my replacement order and this time my sandwich was thrown together like a newborn baby made it. My two-year-old daughter could’ve made a better looking sandwich than this one. I don’t get how Chick-fil-A can have such great employees and no matter how busy they are they always put out presentable well cooked orders. Y’all should go work there for a couple weeks and learn good customer service!

I went through the drive through to order dinner. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets and wanted buffalo sauce as my dipping sauce. The guy at the drive through chose bbq as my sauce. That is not what I wanted. After bringing to the guy in the drive through he has to translate to his manager what it was I wanted. The guy who took my order came out and said only bbq sauce is free with nuggets every other sauce you have to pay?!?! Really?!?! So not only was I overcharged for sauce that should have came with my meal. Extremely rude experience and nothing was resolved.

This McDonald’s consistently, to a point where it’s almost faithful, is so terrible in every way. Every. Single. Time.
The food is always overcooked or under seasoned. Usually both if we’re being honest. Idk WHAT possesses a person to WORK a food service job and provide the worst food possible. Maybe you don’t like ppl, but WOW you can’t even attempt to TRY and at LEAST have enough EMPATHY to make the food good? To think about how YOU’D feel if you paid your HARD EARNED money for the MOST ROCKHARD FIRES you have ever had in your life? Yeah you can refry fries once, and it might still taste good. But after you refry it ONCE, it’s time to pack it up and open a new bag. Why serve ppl LITERALLY BRICKS bc ur too lazy and apathetic to make the food the right way? $3 dollars for SKINNY HARD AS ROCK FRIES???? Are we serious? And if it’s not the fires, the workers have attitudes that make you wanna jump through the window and give them a real reason to be angry. I avoid this McDonald’s whenever I can. But I believe things aren’t fixed. That everything is capable of change. So sometimes, probably once a year, I give this place a chance. It’s astounding that you can spend so much time away from a place and it STILL can perform just as terribly as the last time. And ik it’s not me, bc when ppl don’t take my advice and eat here, it’s always the same complaints: the food is doodoo kaka bc the staff don’t care. They just wanna goof off and collect a paycheck for swiping through their phones and burning food for fun. McDonald’s like these are part of the reason, among corporate decisions and health , are the reason I don’t buy food at this chain anymore. The quality has gone down everywhere, and while you can turn a side eye here and there, locations like these just remind you EXACTLY why shouldn’t even go to a McDonald’s in the first place. I hope this location closes down and gets replaced with something, ANYTHING that will give a more pleasurable eating experience than this dump.

It’s incredible how unbelievably bad the food is here. I just got a double bacon quarter pounder and 3 cheeseburgers. I specifically asked for the double bacon to be no salt since, at $13 for a meal, I at least wanted it to be fresh. SOMEHOW the cheeseburger meat was actually juicer than the bone dry, disgustingly burnt, dusty meat on the pounder. I’m just appalled by how consistently bad they make their food and how its better to pay $0, $1 or $3 at best to this awful location. I’d rather, and should next time, drive down to coconut point where they can actually make a burger worth the money. Awful and could not rate it lower.

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and a 6 piece nugget in the drive through got my nuggets they asked me to pull to the side which I did and then I waited and waited went inside it wasn’t even made!! So I asked the little dude at the front to check on it and went and made it brought it back and I asked him to put whip cream so he sits down and coffee goes all

Requesting Mayday
Two times now I have gone through the drive thru and they gave me the wrong food. The first time, I ordered 2 steak bagels and ended up getting sausage bagels. The second time, yesterday, I ordered 1 steak bagel and got bacon instead. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING! Window staff is friendly, but there is something going on in the store with their quality control. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to put the right food in the right bag.

This location has its days. But I would say 5% of the time the food is nice and fresh but the remaining of 95% the food is wack. Fries are recooked looking soggy. Also, when asking for sauce they have the audacity to try and charge you for sauce when you’ve bought 5-6 burgers. They need to work on food control and better service.

This is by far the worse McDonald’s around.the customer service is horrible. Food is horrible. The kids that they hire do not care about their job. They can’t get an order right. They ask what sauce you want and throw the wrong ones in the bag. Sprite comes out as soda water. Got a side of Mac sauce and there was hair in it. If the franchise owner reads these I hope that we can get in touch. If you would like to contact me privately we can set that up. I can understand the kind of embarrassment you may have from owning this store. I would love to buy this franchise from you so the people in this area can have a decent McDonald’s around because this store is ran poorly. I live down the road and it is the only quick late night meal around. Hopefully we can do something to fix this.
