Wanted a large dummys gave me a large box with the amount of medium fries. I asked if I could come in to get the large fries since the drive thru was long and I was on my break so I couldnt wait thru it. The lady said she couldnt do anything about it . Yall gotta do better. I’m a regular just about every morning. Watched a manger treat a employee like garbage today. Then i tried to speak with her about it and i was completley ignored. Not professional at all. The young man is always very polite and friendly. If this is how people are treated here I will not be returning.

If I could give this store, zero stars I would. The service is very ridiculous and the people are very unfriendly that work there. They don’t make you feel comfortable and even when it’s their fault on a mess up, it’s still your responsibility apparently to fix it. They are not happy and they move as if it doesn’t matter to them what the customers think. Every time I’ve gone there, my order has been messed up And I had to go in to get it fixed. I will never go back to this store again. Horrible.

I’m writing this while I’m literally sitting at this McDonald’s location (Pine Island Rd & 41), and I’m honestly shocked by the lack of basic customer service.

Simple things like a napkin, acknowledgment, or a “please/thank you” seem nonexistent here. There’s no sense of urgency, no decorum, no friendliness just people moving around with zero awareness of the customer standing right in front of them.

What’s frustrating is that this location has thousands of reviews, yet nothing seems to change. You hear about managers making serious money, but the front-line execution is embarrassing. There’s no pride, no training, no accountability.

I’m not asking for five-star dining—this is McDonald’s—but basic courtesy and competence should be the bare minimum. A simple “How are you?” or “I’ve got you” goes a long way, and it’s completely missing here.

It’s incredibly frustrating to see people struggling to find work while locations like this are staffed with employees who clearly don’t care. I don’t expect a response, because judging by the experience, no one is listening anyway.

Employees need to be trained better at giving correct portions, I pay for extra oreo in my oreo mcflurry and they give me less than a normal amount, I ask for a large fry and they only fill it up half way. Its ridiculous that you sell an option for more oreo if its never actually put in there.

Just waited 27 minutes for our drive thru order. Finally pulled up just to be told the grill was broken and no orders were going out. None of the cars in front of us got their orders so I have 0 clue why we sat there that long. Thanks dude.

Worst costumer service ever do not recommend if you like to get you food correct the lady that took our order didn’t even say “please give me a moment” when she already started the interaction and just decided to stop speaking with up and started to take another order. Instead of just simply fixing the mistake she wanted to argue about what was wrong with the order. Honestly this is not the first time ive had bad experience with her before but honestly someone else needs to be in the back window

Repetitively have to bring food back to be prepared properly because the people there do not speak enough English to be to be able to understand and to go ahead and read the register so they’re constantly giving out the wrong food. They’re also giving out raw burgers

We went and did an order to go. When we got home the fries looked like they were not even cooked all the way. So my kids didn’t eat them. Also we ordered a chicken sandwich and it was not in our bag. So someone didn’t get to eat dinner. Then when I tried calling about 20 times it was busy. When it finally rang… it rang and rang and rang finally it got disconnected. So here I am missing food and food my kids couldn’t eat and they can’t even answer the phone.
