Thank you to Mrs. Hope and Stacey for your kindness, professionalism, and effectiveness in getting my family’s order correctly, nicely, and cooked fast. We made a large purchase of $40+, and four plus meals, and we received everything we ordered with napkins and the correct amount of straws needed. With my meal then when I came back to get the proper meal was told I would need to return on another breakfast day to get my breakfast Sandwich. That they destroyed fixed even though I was given. The Sandwich decided to try it again as their under new management. And my large fry was half full. And when I asked for them to fill up my fries. I was thrown a small fry in a bag. Not cool, McDonald’s not cool, and it’s sad because the new owners seem cool.

Always out of something, especially frappes and stuff. Always have to go in and ask for fresh fries. Also the main thing that kinda made me shake my head was they have a “safe place” sign outside on the building and yet have a literal time limit of 30 minutes to eat and go that’s posted on the wall inside. Check your order. They get it wrong about 40% of the time, especially in the drive-through. I also watched an employee need 3 tries to get an inside order right. I don’t mean to be “that lady”, but I did talk to the manager, John, who seemed like he’d heard the same complaint before. Offered me apologies, and told me what their process is supposed to be (to ensure correctness), but it was like talking to a wet noodle. I’d stop going there, but I have kids who get a “treat” now and again, and it’s the closest one to home. They really need to up their game though, starting with management.

I didn’t go inside so no stars for atmosphere. Today was my first time going to this one and the coffee was excellent, as McD’s always is. BUT today is the first time I got a bagel from there and it was slamming good. 4 stars only because I asked for not toasted with butter and got the opposite, barely any butter but still a good warm bagel. The red head at the window was very nice. In general fast food drive through employees need to pay more attention. DD has the market saturated with poor attention employees and slow, slow setvice, so McD’s doesn’t need to be there with them. Sooo, yes. Good service, good bagel, happy tummy

Ordered steak egg and cheese bagel meal with lg hazelnut iced coffee (out of any frappe’s) through the app yesterday morning. Manager walked out to my car gave me the bag and iced coffee, promptly walking away. Drive to take to my PMS 15 yr old daughter. The look on her face when she saw the iced coffee was one thing but when she opened the bag to a bacon egg and cheese bagel, RAGE, disgust, and inedible as we don’t eat pork. Of course breakfast was over and I’ve called several times only to get the voicemail everytime! Soooo aggravating and waste of money! Thanks!!

Never had rude nor really neglectful staff. They’re always either super nice or at least doing their job properly. At times have had our meals come a little sloppily assembled, fries either over salted, undersalted, or old. Sometimes missing sauces, or once we were missing an entire patty lol. The mistakes as well as the quality is never really consistent. Nothing really to complain about, the staff are really nice and probably super overworked.
