I ordered breakfast and the food came out hot, fresh and exactly as expected.

The staff was attentive and the service quite fast, even with movement.

The atmosphere was clean and quiet.

Ordered Uber and this for sure was on the restaurant not Uber. I amHighly allergic to pork so I never order anything with bacon , except today I took a bite of my wrap and had to spit it out and yet instead of the employees paying attention I was given a snack wrap with bacon. If we have to start off by putting every allergy to make sure our food is correct that could get annoying

Horrible basic customer service for such a simple task of taking an easy order. Then after informing them there is only one sandwich when you ordered two, being told you have to go inside or go back through the drive thru which is already a disaster. How about we use common sense here? Input the sandwich order at a different terminal take payment, maybe just maybe a simple sorry about that give me one moment and we’ll have it corrected. Or hey, we messed up, we don’t speak English, we don’t know what we’re doing, we’re all new. Any excuse would work but what do I know. Keep up the great work team, at this rate the 3.7 star google rating will keep soaring.

half filled fry box i coulda just payed for a medium and gotten same amount, my bag was completely sogged with my own drink (wasnt even put into its holder, not the drivers issue) when it was handed to me and all the food was wet and cold from it

i ordered two breakfasts for my two children, I patiently waited 15 minutes in the line and figured it was just a busy morning.when i got to the window i only received one, i let the employee know that i had ordered two, she told me they accidentally rang up one i said no problem I have two children so I need to pay for another one if that’s OK because I can’t just give one child a sandwich and we were on our way to school. She then told me that she did not have a register at this window and that I needed to pull around park and come inside with my kids so being on our way to school, there was no time for that. I had already waited 15 minutes in line. I think this is unacceptable. I think she could’ve easily taken my card and walked over and rang it up because there was a register right next to her. She was just being lazy and unfortunately did not care that I had two kids and only one breakfast.
she was a manager and glasses I hardly ever complain, or take time to write a review about mcdonald’s but I think that this is unacceptable and very rude.

I came across one of your rude employees a Cuban lady with black long hair wearing tight pants ! I told her that I did not get my receipt she just looks at me then slams the drive thru window and closes it. Teach your employees manners . This area is getting like Miami!!

I was the only customer in line when I got my food. It was cold. The fries were cold. The sandwich was not warm at all to me. This store needs a lot of help. The team needs to The retrained and taught how to work with customers because the people that work at this location are not friendly at all and are always very rude this location is always messing up food

Clean inside, food was as expected. Did a mobile order with curbside and there was no where to park because the delivery drivers take the spots for curbside and go into the store. I had kids in the car, drive thru line was long on both sides, was forced to park and go inside to pick up my curbside mobile order. McDonald’s as a whole needs to do better about these delivery drivers over taking their parking lots and how they behave inside the stores.
