Frustrating Visit – No Ice Cream, No Ketchup
We visited this McDonald’s location with our kids, who were really looking forward to getting ice cream. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine was not working, so there were no cones, sundaes, or McFlurries available at all, which was a big disappointment for them.
To add to the frustration, when we got our fries, we asked for ketchup and were told there was none available either. We left without any ketchup for our fries.
The restaurant was also not as clean as you typically expect a McDonald’s to be. The company highlights cleanliness as a top priority, so this was noticeable and disappointing.
The drive-thru was very busy, which likely contributed to the overall experience. While I understand that individual locations can face challenges, the combination of missing basic items and the environment made for a poor visit this time.

· No Ketchup: Requested but unavailable for fries.
· Cleanliness: Restaurant was not clean.
· Service Speed: Drive-thru was very busy.

6:10 in the morning, did my order in the app, in the store, so tell me how I got cold food? Even the coffee wasn’t hot which is crazy cuz McDonald’s coffee is always scalding!
I ordered all my condiments in the app, because I rather have it wrong on the side than wrong in the coffee! Somehow it was still incorrect, even though it’s literally printed on the receipt on the bag.
When I went up to the counter and asked the employee for the missing condiments (which there were multiple of because half were missing and half were wrong)… She was so rude, all I can do is shake my head and laugh. When I got to the hot picante sauce she said “OH NO, I know I put that in the bag” and wouldn’t give me one and walked away. One of the employees asked her about it she said no I put it in the bag. At that very point I knew exactly why she wasn’t wearing a name tag . She was a tall woman wearing a leopard print scarf in her hair and a chip on her shoulder.
It’s not like I went to her house and she made me breakfast, it’s not like the breakfast is free, she didn’t even have to be pleasant she just didn’t have to be a witch. It was like Bon Qui Qui was taking my order!!! … Godspeed Bon Qui Qui!!!

My hash brown was soggy but the coffee and the sandwich were hot!
The service was interesting . The lady that waited on me was pleasant, but it looked like it was killing her to be nice to me . She was pleasant and smiling but you know when somebody’s face gets twisted up because they’re trying not to say something they shouldn’t, it was like that
The restaurant was mostly clean. The restroom was like a little igloo. Not sure why it was that cold, maybe they don’t want people hanging out in there

I want to express a complaint about the mistreatment I received from an employee last Saturday, September 6, around 2:30 p.m. I came to this store to pick up a DOOR DASH order that was supposed to be ready at 2:34 p.m. When I arrived, I didn’t see any of the bags usually prepared for DOOR DASH pickups. I asked an employee (his photo is circled here in red) and showed him my phone so he could see the order number. The employee told me the order was on the mirrored screen, but that he couldn’t prepare it; he had to serve other customers. It seems he saw me as a vegetable or a piece of wood, because I’m just as much a customer as anyone who goes to pick up orders at McDonald’s. Therefore, I’m representing a customer who’s waiting for their order and is paying for a service to have it delivered to their doorstep. I asked the employee again because he almost left me speechless and told me that the order was there, but that he wasn’t preparing it. But there was no one else in charge of preparing it either. I had to call DOOR DASH support, so that a DOOR DASH representative could call the store and then this same employee, who is insolent, rude, disrespectful, began preparing the order when the company called him. And I ask myself, is this the McDonald’s work style? Is this the correct way to treat a customer? Is it McDonald’s policy to mistreat DOOR DASH customers? I think not. I think there is an ethic for workers, but in the case of this employee, he is a rude racist, disrespectful, discriminated against me to the point that he even ignored me. I suggest McDonald’s management keep in mind that these types of people shouldn’t be employees, because they’re damaging the store’s reputation and mistreating customers. This rude employee made me waste almost half an hour, or 30 minutes, on an order that should have been ready when I arrived to pick it up.

I came to this McDonalds and ordered from the drive thru around 11:22 pm and asked for a $5 Mcchicken Meal Deal with cheese. But once I got home to enjoy my food, I found out my McChicken didn’t have chicken in it ! Disappointed since I paid extra to put cheese on it, but they made sure to put the cheese.

I was in the drive thru today on Monday around 12:40. I don’t know who the lady was that this establishment had the front window but she needs some attitude training classes of some sort. When I was ordering food I guess the person at the kiosk misheard me and forgot to add a #9 I ordered. When I came up to the window the lady was reading off what I ordered and when I tried explaining to her that 2 double cheeseburgers were missing off the order and I personally know it would’ve only taken a few clicks of the screen to add them on there but instead she wanted to get a raunchy attitude saying something along the lines as “ I don’t take orders here”. I didn’t even ask if she could just add them or nothing, she is obviously too lazy to do her job so I didn’t say anything else and drove off to take my business elsewhere. This McDonald’s proves me time and time again that it’s better to drive to another town over to get food.

I wanted to share this experience- I have been harassed by the manager and one of the employees. I ordered something from the kiosk and that was partially nonfunctional- copy of receipt wasn’t printed out, I waited for 20 mins and told her – where is my order? She totally denied that any such order was placed and asked for an evidence , I had to pull out my bank statement and despite that she was looking at me as if im lying to her, then she delivered the food although it was total garbage, super cold and tasteless …they wasted my valuable time…date and time 12/27/2025 around 3 PM in afternoon…

Not only did they get the order wrong, but I’ve had 3 different employees ask me what I ordered even though I gave them the sandwich back and WHAT I ACTUALLY ASKED FOR IS RIGHT ON THE BOX. What should’ve been a 5 minute stop turned into more than 30 minutes for them to fix a fish sandwich. Customer service is awful at this location.

I went to pick up an order because I’m a food delivery driver. The employees have to stand where the orders are picked up and aren’t even capable of asking you what you want. The bag of food I was supposed to pick up was being prepared, and there was an employee there who started serving everyone who arrived. After serving everyone who arrived, she began preparing the orders for all those people, and I was there waiting for them to finish preparing the order I was supposed to pick up. After she prepared the orders and delivered them, she then continued preparing the bag where she completed the things to give me the order. All of this took about 25 minutes. I want to make it clear that I am just another customer and she has to serve me in the order I arrive and not leave me for last, because it’s also time I’m wasting from work delivering the orders. I am also a customer like everyone else who comes there to order food, therefore, she has to serve me with the priority that I deserve. In my opinion, that employee is rude and disrespectful to the consumer.

The place was dirty with no tables we could sit at without having to clean it ourselves. Not just trash but plenty of stains and messes that were clearly there for a while with no one aiming to clean it. When approaching the manager, she refused to even so much as acknowledge us, clearly purposefully ignoring us. Not on break either, from what we could tell. Just outright refused to help. The cashier had a good attitude, at the very least. The food, unfortunately, was not great. Fries were limp with no salt, nuggets were very oddly dry, I asked and paid for extra cheese on my fish sandwich and I had to go back up front because they forgot the cheese. Overall, an extremely poor experience, even when compared to other McDonald’s.
