The cashier was on point with order accuracy, repeating everything like I said,being that it was 2:20 am. Had smiles, my chicken wraps were fresh and sooooooo delicious left me wanting more❤️. Speed if service was excellent, being I asked to wait for my order fresh. Payment process was half cash and half card. Definitely will be going back.

The staff is super friendly! The kiosk was a real pain.
The nice lady at the register took my order.

Amazing service! I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Dillon! He was very professional and he managed the flow customers extremely well while doing 100 things at once! Definitely coming back here for my breakfast runs in the morning! My advice….. promote and hire more service professionals like Dillion! He made a huge difference today in retaining customers!

I ordered a triple quarter pounder deluxe with cheese at six different McDonald’s locations throughout the United States over the past three months and the quality was all nearly perfect, my burger was fresh and juicy for six consecutive times except for my visit here today at this location. The preparer for some reason decided that I was going to be the random unlucky customer who would get the three patties that were dried up and stale, they even failed to put lettuce and tomatoes on my deluxe sandwich, not cool! I am dissatisfied because I had to come back during heavy Florida rain to ask for a replacement, had to wait again and got very wet walking back and forth to my car.

I was served poorly the fries looked and tasted like they got fried twice and for a large fry it pisses me off that I payed for this and leave it be. They served me a small fry in a large fry pouch I wanted to go back and also I was short two nuggets.

Sometimes they treat you well when they feel like it; rarely do you say thank you, and they’re dying to say, “You’re welcome.” They almost never have regular ice cream at McDonald’s. What really bothers me is that I’ve been there several times—well, it doesn’t happen all the time, but most of the time—and I’m supposed to have breakfast at 1 AM? Since when? Another problem is the payment system. Almost no one carries cash, and you know how awful it is to have to look for payment somewhere else after leaving your house at that hour, only to be told there’s no system. They won’t reimburse you for gas or give you free food if they don’t have a system. They should close McDonald’s until they do. Don’t be so inconsiderate. Many of us wait in line, or they should put up a big sign outside listing the daily problems so customers don’t waste time and gas and leave with a bad impression. Aside from all that, I like the fries, the apple pies, and the soda. After that, McDonald’s lost its touch years ago.

So YOU DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TOO! Now if you would like it made correctly you have to go to the NORTH Sebring McDonald’s! I will leave a review OVER on their google review with the pictures from their steak egg and cheese bagel! BOTH ORDERS WHERE ASKED to be made THE SAME WAY… Steak, egg and cheese bagel with extra sauce! (Mind you extra sauce is an upcharge).
