Wondering if there is any shame left on this fast food that advertise an amazing picture and when you get the order is the complete oposite.
I’m extremely disappointed with the hamburger I received. The burger looked nothing like the picture advertised on the menu, website, app and social media. In the photo, the patty looked thick and juicy, with fresh lettuce, nicely melted slices of cheese and Big Mac sauce. What I got was a thin, dry patty, lettuce that look like it was placed just because the instructions say so, and cheese that wasn’t even placed like in the advertisements.
The bun was uneven is some parts , and the whole burger looked thrown together with no care. It honestly felt misleading compared to what’s being promoted. I understand food styling for ads, but this wasn’t even close.
The taste was horrible! Who came with this idea? Tasted like the flat-top grill was never clean for months, just an awful after taste. And no Big Mac sauce like in the picture!!!!!!!!!
For the price I paid, I expected something that at least resembled the picture. Very disappointed and I am sure I’ll never order in any McDonald’s again!

Apparently this promotion expired a month ago per the drive through attendant. I thought I misread it on my first pass, so i drove through twice. Must be difficult to update the digital screen. Very rude employee.

I’ve never been so disappointed I ordered the new Chicken Strips because the last McDonald’s I ordered them from, they were tender, hot, and delicious But not this one, the tenders were like trying to chew a basketball, they were tough and cold I ended up tossing them in the trash and getting food from the little Taco place next door. Also the workers acted like they didn’t even want to be there, bad customer service Do better MacDonalds !

Been coming here for years. Its next to a trucks stop amd Im a trucker. The app stops working prior to close and they refuse to serve truckers at the drive through window as a walk up. I run all over the country and most places especially next to or attached to truck stops will either open the door amd take your order after lobby is closed make an exception amd allow a walk up. I’ll never spend money at this location again.

One of the WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been to. The service is terrible because they get easily distracted by other guests that they know. They can’t get orders right or out fast enough. The dining room is absolutely disgusting and smells awful. They have no straws out for drinks either.

i always to go this location for fast food. food is always great! i dont go in person enough to know any of the staff (i usually order online) but the few times i have been in its seemed like the staff are running it very well, and theyre clearly very good at handling it because my food is never late even when i order during rush hours. i just hope all of them feel appreciated for what they do because i cant imagine how exhausting itd be to work at a place with so many things to remember! i wholly recommend

Shakes were watered down not even full. When this McDonald’s first opened the food was good now they just hire people and managers who don’t want to work. I continue to give them a try because I live in the area but they there loosing quality fast. And be sure to double check your food to make sure it’s not cold.

I sat there for 15 minutes waiting on a sandwhich that was sitting in the line for the whole time I was standing there. They led the chicken in the fryer and the girl goes” omg why didn’t you tell me it was still in there”. Completely useless people in there. On top of that, there’s roaches in the bathrooms, that means there’s roaches in the kitchen. And the little ignorant kids that work up there don’t make the experience any much better.

Came here after a show for dinner for my dad’s birthday, the lobby is trashed no clean tables. We ordered 3 large big Mac meals the soda machine is down no straws. When we got our order first thing we go for are the fries and they are literally ice cold, we asked for FRESH FRIES the employee took our fries to the back and guess what she refried the fries to make them hot, the fries were so hard we couldn’t eat them. I would recommend not coming to this McDonald’s and go elsewhere. Especially if they aren’t following standard health code and cross contaminating their oil… Who knows what else
