Stopped by this location for breakfast on our way to do some fishing around 6am on a Saturday. The young man at the drive thru window was very nice and polite. He greeted us and asked how we were doing! Even asked if we’re doing some fishing today and said good luck and to enjoy our day. You just don’t find this kind of service anymore..We bought a bag of ice and actually started driving off when he yell to us..sir! Your ice…lol. Thank you young man for being kind! Keep up the great service!!!

I come to this McDonald’s almost every day for my breakfast.
My stage four cancer patient disabled and I cannot stand out doors or stand for more than 15 or so minutes I’ve made a review. I’ve called these people and they tell me if people don’t show up, then that’s it. Well, I’ve been waiting outside for almost an hour now. They know I’m out here and they’re leaving me out here. No one has said anything to me. I’ll be reaching out to headquarters and see if they can do anything

I placed an online order for McDonald’s in Mulberry, Florida. I arrived in about 15-20 minutes. Upon arriving, I was told to park and they will bring the food out. 15-20 minutes later, someone brought out my order and I simply asked why an online order took forever. The guy looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and walked away. This is absolutely wrong and I have been trying to go back to MacDonald’s more since they are working to get prices lower, but this tells me that prices are still well elevated and customer service is non existent. Even though that branch in mulberry is much closer for me, I will not go back there. Please make me this right. Thank you, Vance Hamilton

My experience at McDonald’s was shitty. Ordered a large fry with six piece nuggets. I got a half container full of fries. Unacceptable. I guess they were judging me by my character of how I look. I think this is a racist. McDonald’s very disappointed in my food quality will never come here again.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this McDonald’s location earned it. I ordered a Big Mac, drove home, and opened the box to find no meat at all. Just buns, lettuce, and sauce. I drove all the way back, and when I walked in, the employees — all wearing pajamas for some reason — literally laughed about it in the back like it was a joke.
After about a 10‑minute wait, they finally replaced the sandwich… and the replacement was cold. You can’t make this stuff up. Completely unacceptable and easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any McDonald’s.

I did an online order for breakfast 10/10/25 just to find out that couldn’t get it bc the manager Jeremy told an employee to tell me that they “ran out” of the items I wanted. Another employee came out and told me that the manager started lunch earlier and didn’t allow anyone to get breakfast the last 10 minutes of breakfast time.
5 stars goes to the 2 employees that came out & told me and offered to make it right. 1 Star for the manager.

First of all the girl at window had an attitude because we asked for our food to be fresh. Secondly, my nuggets were clearly double dipped. The way they tasted were awful. A burnt grease taste. I’m not even going to try to come back for a refund because I’m not dealing with the teenagers attitudes. Thank you that’s all.
