Unfortunately, food was just terrible. My fries were cold. Ordered a large fry and it was literally half full. Nuggets taste off. The frying oil was probably old.

I went there at 1030 in the morning right after they switched from breakfast to lunch. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal. Both the fries and the chicken were room temperature. Not hot and fresh as they should have been. Very disappointed

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It took over 40 minutes to get my to go order of 2 meals. A 2 cheeseburger meal and a chicken nugget meal. Customer service is non-existent at this location, not a single employee at the counter to speak to, and when they did come to the counter they would not make eye contact with any of the customers in the store, purposely avoiding having to speak to any customers who needed help. I will never come back to this location.

Unfortunately after placing the order, paying and waiting for my food on the second window there’s a crack under the window sill and small roaches were coming out of it. So disgusting. Consider an exterminator, not a good experience. Staff have no control of this issue and its out of their hands.

I get home after a long day of work ready to eat my food I get one bite in an I find a hair so I took apart the burger an I see two more pieces of hair I just couldn’t believe it. Placed a mobile, accidentally placed for pick up inside…. They refused to give me my order through the drive thru! Not to mention, being rude as all hell about it. I work in the food and beverage industry and we also have a pick up in store or drive-thru option when our customers mobile order…. I would NEVER EVER tell my drive up customer that I can’t hand their mobile order at the window REGARDLESS of how they input it into the mobile app! This is surely not the 1st time I have had really bad service at this location, but I guarantee it is my LAST visit to this location!

The food tastes as it should at any McDonald’s so that’s good, but the costumer service at this location is not acceptable at night. The person taking our order and we paid with was fine, did nothing wrong and just seems to be doing the job. The girl at the pickup window didn’t once look at us, just stuck a drink at the window and I didn’t even know she had it ready for us as I’m putting change away. Literally speaks nothing, just says this one bag is fries only. Hands another bag and that’s it, still no eye contact, doesn’t say that’s all, have a good night, nothing. Then when we ask if this is all, THE LOOK she gave and the slow nod as if it was ridiculous to ask when she was not communicating this entire encounter. I would definitely reiterate with the employees about the importance of costumer service to a company, and that good service (EVEN JUST A SMILE AND EYE CONTACT) can definitely make someone comfortable enough to come in. Maybe she was having a bad day and just wanted to get out of there, but unfortunately that’s not my problem and it’s still their job to provide service. Not once we’re we rude or off-the-bar bad vibes. I’m just tryna get my food but the negativity (yes, this could be interpreted as NEGATIVE) coming off of her was not cool. I hope she smiled and at least acknowledged the people behind us. As a female I really hate this saying, but for real… SMILE HONEY.

Took them 45 minutes for my order that was kept pushed back for no reason. Too many 16 olds working and playing our with everyone. Everyone was as mad as myself and no apologies or refunds were given to anyone even though they were at fault for being way too far behind. If you want to wait the same time as a sit down restaurant, this is place you would go ♀️ at least food was hot but order was messed up.
