We stopped here for dinner on the way home. This is one we’ve stopped at before. Used the Kiosk to quickly order and pay for our food. Then went and sat down. It was brought out quickly, the server was friendly. This one still has a drink fountain in the dining area front so you can get your own soft drinks. However, like all of these restaurants they removed all condiments from the area. They automatically give you ketchup packets when they bring your meals. Since they’re staffed to force the use of the Kiosks you have to go back up to the front counter to get salt and pepper. There you have to wait until the one clerk handling all the customers has time for you to ask for them. By the time I got back to my food, the fries were getting cold. This is not This restaurants fault. This is on the corporation for changing the footprint of the store. As much as we like McDonalds, this continual disservice is causing us to look for other venues. Also, we don’t use Ketchup on our McDonalds fries, so we leave the packets on the table when we leave. Another waste issue.

This was a very full restaurant. Parking was challenging. You had to go around the building to find parking… but that wasn’t too good. The food was brought out and it was hot & ready to eat. The taste of the food was great! I was able to use my reward points, which was great.

Tried the pot pie. It was ok but on the thick side. I would like to have more gravy. Not sure if their were 3 small pieces of chicken.

I have nothing wrong to say about the service , food , or atmosphere of this place but I’ve come to complain about the amount of sauce they give me. Everytime I come I order lots of food for me my brother and my sister and I usually have 3 meals of nuggets and they never give me any bbq!!! And I make sure to always say bbq sauce plz . Like Is there a bbq sauce outage or something?????! And the past 4 times I’ve came this has happened to me. I would even be lucky to get 1 bbq sauce at this point I came last night and had to get off the car and go in bc I got no sauce and ordered 30-40$ worth of food!!!! And the fact that I got no sauce is crazy. I’m not eating chicken nuggets dry

I was truly ready to give this meal 5 stars. I did a mobile app and the food was ready and hot. The staff were very friendly and polite. Got home and my sandwich didn’t have the cheese added that I paid for. Will definitely go here again though.

If you buy from here please make sure they give you the correct items and that they aren’t charging you for things you clearly didn’t order. It has happened twice that they messed up my order. So disappointing. I used my points for my FREE KIDS MEAL and was charged for it! I tried to explain to the manager what had happened and she tried to make it seem like I didn’t order it right. Thank god the app saves all order purchases. Nothing matches and no she didn’t give me a refund just gave me the original order I made.

Drive thru lines lack correct signage. Dive thru not taking card. Waste of time getting in line, ordering and waiting to be told it’s cash only this morning. Could’ve said that before I ordered my meal. Not happy this morning.

Went through the drive through as I usual because my son is autistic and he loves his fries and nuggets and the drive through girl gave me my drinks with a cup holder and I didn’t need it to begin with so I tried to give it back to her and she says she couldn’t take it back but I didn’t need it to begin with she could have easily thrown it in the garbage but instead gave me something I didn’t need and had no room for and gave me a problem for a problem she caused herself come on McDonald’s get it together ask before you put the drinks in a cup holder some people don’t need them at all…..

It was a nice looking McDonald’s but they didn’t have strawberry shakes, I’m so disappointed when management can’t seem to keep up with their inventory or the machines are broken
