I came overnite at 1:30 because i work near by overnights and needed a quick lunch. Not only did it take nearly 17 minutes just to get 2 orders of nuggets and 1 fry, i know nuggets take 3 minutes each in the fryer and that if they only have a 1 basket fryer. They didn’t even give me the right size fries. Gave me a medium instead of a large, but they were able to give me a large drink. Also the nuggets look as if they were dipped in a dirty basket before being put in the fryer. There burnt crumbs all over them, i thought it was pepper at first.

It took forever in drive through and I received cold not completely cooked fries and an old dried out chicken sandwich. The worthless kids working in there should be fired. They don’t offer pup cups?????? Who dosent? This worthless place.
Save your money and go somewhere else. This was the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to or had.

EEeeek. For reasons I dont need to get into I haven’t eaten at a McDonald’s since 2015. This morning I thought it would be fun to order breakfast and let my toddlers play in the indoor play area. As soon as we got our food and walked into the play area I immediately had to bust disinfecting wipes from the diaper bag to wipe down our table. NOTHING was wiped down, swept, or mopped from the day before. I dont expect McDonald’s to be immaculate, but it looked like 0 cleaning had been done in a whole day or more. If the cleaning supplies would have been left out I would have volunteered to help clean for the children’s sake. My childs socks turned black from the indoor play equipment it was so dirty. It’s been real, see you again in 2035 McDonald’s. Maybe.

People were awesome and friendly food was amazing just thought this next part was a bit sloppy but understandable there was trash and boxes spread all out of the side of the building into the 1st drive through lane i am assuming they were maybe putting the food truck away

Of course McDonald’s is always good for late night snacking ! However most locations after 830 pm are understaffed and it takes 4x longer to get your food. Which is ok for when you’re not in a rush! Fries were hot and lemonade was refreshing. The burger was better than I expected

Waited damn near 20 minutes in the drive through before pulling off. How the hell is there nobody else in line and there’s a wait to put an order in? Sometimes it ain’t bad but tonight the whole crew sucks. Worse McDonald’s in all of Florida.

Carmen, acting supervisor. Her staff failed to get my order right, when I asked about it she said they they had failed to bill be the large drink. I offered her the money, but she refused. She said I had to get back In line behind 8 to 10 vehicles. And now that im reviewing my order its wrong, had I been given a receipt or at least seen it on the screen I would have cought this. But I am the customer and I have been inconvenienced by your staff, and im still willing to pay. And yet your answer is no.
But now the bigger question is, if I didn’t pay for the soda, why is there a straw in my bag?

Had to go in because they forgot some of my food and the girl who helped me was EXTREMELY rude. She had highlights in her hair and gave me a dirty look for just wanting my food I paid for. I also waited 20 minutes on my fries when they said they were making them fresh, my fries were cold and stale. This is absolutely embarrassing to have such awful customer service.

I order 2 medium meals and they threw my food on the bag all crazy 1 of the medium fries didn’t even have that much fries in them they always ask you what sauce would you like for your nuggets but it seems like they eat theirs nugget with no sauce bc they never give the sauce for the nugget I feel bad for the ppl that actually do they’re job properly there bc most of them don’t even do they’re job right it’s crazy everytime I go there is always something wrong with my order

I’m extremely suspicious they tampered with my food. I ordered a sausage & egg biscuit, they put cheese on it. I went back and asked for the right order, they gave me another with cheese. I scraped the cheese off the best I could because I didn’t want to go back. But I took a bite and have never tasted a biscuit there that tasted like that. I’m 90% sure they did something to it in retaliation to my complaint. Not to mention the young girl at the window had a terrible attitude both times, rolled her eyes while seeming annoyed even on my first order
