I tried calling only to be met with silence. I received my doordash order about 30min. ago it got here on time as per the time frame displayed on the app. I ordered the snack wrap combo(2 ranch snack wraps, medium fry, and medium coke). Everything was fine on the fries and first snack wrap, however, I bit into the second and immediately the texture was off. Looking down I saw the chicken in the second snack wrap was raw or at the very least undercooked to a noticeable degree. I showed it to several others to confirm the chicken was raw. I spit out my initial bite and promptly lost my appetite for the rest of the day. As I stated earlier I called and was met with silence as well as the line being hung up on me.
Edit: After reading more of teb reviews I’m not surprised by my instances as this location is known to have many issues with staff and quality of services. Looks like one health code violation away from putting someone in the hospital or worse. Thankfully it wasn’t me this time but skip this place if you can help it.

This used to be my go-to McD’s I live across the street from it. I will definitely travel from now on. The standards here have DEFINITELY dropped. Ordered the 20$ Big Mac deal and the “meat patties” looked like they could fill potholes, the dining area was a DISASTER and we were literally the only customers inside and nobody in the drive thru. Nobody was cleaning it was all in all a terrible experience and we will not be going here again for a long time! See photos for the horrific cleanliness.

Usually come here to just get a quick bite and try my best to give them a chance since every now and then, they are good. But it seems that every single time they’ve been way less than satisfactory. They don’t want to work & consistently give hard, old fries. Burgers tend to always be broken apart or folded weirdly

I ordered through the app so the service does not count, besides them being late bringing out my drink. The frappe machine machines did not work so I couldn’t order one. I ordered a regular cheeseburger because I like onions. I ordered it with extra onions and extra pickles and I got one pickle no onions. I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger that has two strips of bacon on it that did not have two strips of bacon on it and only had one and I ordered that with extra onions extra pickles, extra mustard and extra ketchup and it did have any of it plus the two patties were burnt. Worst experience ever at a McDonald’s.

Closed lobby early for their personal party. I asked to take my order at the window and the told me I’d have to drive around after I got out of my truck with my son he just went in to use the restroom then came right back out Í asked my son do you want a ice cream he said yes so we got out went to the door and it was locked so I then pull to the window with no cars at the drive thru and still didn’t get no service. This is the second time around this time Í had a very bad experience. I don’t know who is running this place at this time but very very bad experience Í made my mind up Í will not spend a dime here no more I don’t care if it’s the last McDonald’s or only one. It sad that you can’t even go to your kids favorite place with a play land because of their service..

I had a DoorDash order and they was taking more than 10 minutes just to take the order so I’ll drive to the door to the window and they say I had to do it again the line and this was the traffic the people in there they got their kids playing with closed And my DoorDash order had to be on the location at 11:52 PM and the lady refused to give me my DoorDash order because she wanted me to go around the drive-through again. This was the line.

I don’t know what was going on at this McDonald’s, but it was rough. My food came out literally like rock solid, cold, nasty and literally inedible like it had been waiting since last week. The whole place looked dirty and neglected, with floors and tables that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. But the moment that truly shocked me? I picked up my drink and saw dust inside the cup. At that point I was done. This visit felt like nobody cared about cleanliness, quality, or customers. Easily the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.

Do not go here after 7pm the service is horrible was there over 30 minutes and food was all ice cold. Manager just sits in office and doesn’t help staff but wants to use the excuse of being shorthanded for the long wait time. Maybe if the manager actually helped the staff would be more inclined to move faster than the snail speed they were moving at. Night staff doesn’t care about the paying customers at all. Only the drive thru gets served not inside or curbside orders. Waited 30 minutes for order and had to end up going inside to get because it said my order was brought out but nobody ever came. After going inside nobody acknowledged me at the counter for 8 minutes i had to raise my voice for someone to finally acknowledge me and then the manager cursed me out when I asked for my money back and said they couldn’t do refunds on order ahead so i had to wait Food was not edible as it was sitting inside for 20 minutes because nobody ever brought it to curbside spot. Worst experience ever and a complete waste of money.

I purchased 5 value meals which consist of nuggets burger and fries . The staff put all five meals including sauces in one bag. When they put the bag on the counter I asked them if they can split the food in a different bag.The gentleman took the bag and told me that I will have to wait a few minutes. He then told the female staff sarcastically that I wanted everything split up and the female rolled her eyes and laughed. They placed my bag on the warmer section the female staff put one fry in a separate bag and walked away leaving my food there . I waited and the gentleman was standing by there on a tablet instead of working on my food . I asked him to just give me my food and he offered multiple bags to separate the food myself ! I often go to this location and Im very disappointed in the service.
